Absolutely awful. The hostess staff was pleasant and kind, but any hope for a good meal disappeared the minute we entered the dining room Our server was pleasant, but inept. He couldnāt remember the specials, stumbled through explaining the menu and seemed flummoxed at every turn. We had to remind him twice that we asked for iced tea and when he finally brought them said weād need to use the one spoon he put in our ice water (why did we need a spoon for ice water?) because āthatās the only spoon left in the building.ā My wifeās meal was edible, but tasted like old fryer grease. My meal was inedible. The duck was way undercooked (waiter never asked how I wanted it) the rice had scraps of gummy eggs and a weird texture. The pickled onions tasted if theyād been marinated in Frankās Red Hot and the charred broccoli was clearly frozen broccoli from a bag tossed on a flat top for a few seconds. I ate three or four bites and pushed it to the side. It took 20 minutes for the server to notice and then he only took it away and never asked what was wrong. To the restaurantās credit, they did deduct my meal from the bill. Later that night, my wife and I both experienced uncomfortable indigestion and remarked how horrible the meal was. You sit confidently , knowing your going to be given quality and well thought out food. The service mike and Vince (Mike was my main) is top tier and deserves recognition. Friendly and knowledgeable, these two gentlemen made the experience stand out even more. I chose the bacon fried deviled eggs. Meaning, I chose correctly. These foodstuffs are the thing of legend ....I'm literally going back today as I'm addicted. The main course to grace my table would be smoked gouda Mac and cheese , the boar sausage, baked beans, and half rack of ribs as they have an on property smoker.
I don't wanna talk about the food as much as I want to thank the chef for his candor , restaurant, and of course his talent in cooking.

As an appetizer we got the crab nachos which let me tell you oh my god they were so amazing!! My boyfriend got a steak and I got salmon for our main courses. Everything was fantastic. The only problem I have is that we werenāt asked if there were any allergies but this time we werenāt which was a bit surprising to us. My boyfriend has a nut allergy and we are always very very careful with what we order to avoid any problems. With our water we got bread from the bakery across the street and an oil to dip it in. My boyfriend was okay at first then all of the sudden he started to not feel good. He told me his throat was closing up, he usually carries benadryl with him just incase something happens. He took the benadryl and said he started feeling better. But at around 11:45 last night he was taken to the hospital because he was having a hard time breathing.
