Brookview is actually cooler because of Three One Six. All the curlers come in between games and afterwards to warm up and celebrate. We’ll definitely check it out next summer after golf for a beer. Food is bar fare, onion rings were solid, chips and guacamole were delicious, and the drink menu has a variety of cocktails along with the full bar. Modern, clean, and welcoming. Space available for probably 20-30 at 8-10 tables and the L-bar of about 12 seats.

This is a nice bar/grill placed in a community center type building. It is nicely decorated and the food and beer offerings were very tasty. They didn't have a massive amount of taps but the ones they had word good choices. We tried the Duck Bacon Wontons and the Totchos and I was stuffed when we were done! They were very tasty! I would try again,

I love this place with fireplace outside which is very relaxing and useful for cold evenings. They have a deck upstairs so you can enjoy the beautiful views and nice sunsets. Friendly staff and tasty food. I recommend this restaurant for good prices and amazing atmosphere.

What I liked: It’s on a beautiful golf course, seating is either indoors with a bar, or on the nice outdoor patio. We sat inside on a beautiful weather day so the wall of glass doors were open to the patio - provided a lovely casual al fresco atmosphere! The reasonably priced lunch menu has a nice variety of; salads, burgers, wraps, flatbreads, wings, and sides. I ordered a $14 chicken wrap that comes with chips, but I asked for the $3 upgrade of Cesar side salad instead. My daughter had chicken strips with side salad, and my mom a BLT and side salad -she wanted french fries but they said they were “unable to offer fries today.”

What I didn’t like: I asked the waiter (a nice young man who couldn’t be over 18) to bring our side salads out BEFORE the meal. A lady brought my mom’s side salad out …I was thinking she was helping our waiter and he was following with mine and my daughter’s salads. We never saw him again until he brought our food out, and still no salad. Mine came with the chips and my daughter’s with tator tots. This was my first opportunity to ask about our salads, he needed us to remind him of our order. About 10 minutes later our salads were finally brought out, but it wasn’t until after he quickly walked off that I realized they didn’t have any dressing on them, now I’m really getting impatient - instead of being able to enjoy my lunch I was constantly looking around for our server who was MIA, (or ANY employee for that matter) to get some dressing. The food was good- my mom’s BLT was fantastic with crispy applewood bacon! My daughter enjoyed the chicken strips …and since there were no salads we ate up the tator tots which were very good.

Didn’t see our waiter again until the check came, at that point I told him to just take the salads away and remove from our check -he seemed confused. Like I said; he was young, probably not much experience, but I couldn’t help becoming irritated as I REALLY WANTED THAT SALAD and it looked REALLY GOOD with homemade croutons and parmigiana shavings!!! If you do go I would love to recommend the Grilled Chicken Cesar Salad, it’s what I wish I’d ordered!

Overall: I know since Covid a lot of places are hurting for staff, being under staffed and beautiful weather probably was a factor as I’m sure they were busier than expected, but it wasn’t packed by any means. Would I go back??? The jury is still out - I’d probably give them another chance if I was close by as the food was good (not spectacular, but for the price it was good) but I certainly wouldn’t go out of my way -Chili’s, Applebees, or Friday’s are comparable alternatives with similar...

Pro: our waitress (albeit very distracted and I belive forgot about us multiple times) was very friendly and tried her best to remedy the many issues we had during our meal. Cons: After being seated, we weren't asked for drink/app orders for a solid 20 minutes. Once we got our drinks, it was very obvious a key ingredient had been forgotten- the alcohol. We asked our waitress if she could check with the bar tender/have them remade. We watched the bar tender roll his eyes, and hand the same drinks back to the waitress along with a shot glass of vodka instead. Hoping it would be a one time mishap, we ordered a 2nd round of drinks. Only one of which had any alcohol in it. Food was okay. Wings tasted like they'd been frozen and defrosted in the microwave but the fries were edible. For 4 drinks, wings and fries we ended up with a bill around $65. Bottom line, won't be visiting again and I would reccomend you look elsewhere if you want to actually enjoy any aspect of...

Great place! You tend to forget about it because it seems like a summer place at Brookview Golf course.

You couldn't be more wrong. We went there at the height of Minnesota winter. The parking lot was packed! There were so many people in the field doing frisbee golf. Each basket had lights. You can play day or night. They have outdoor activities, all winter long, and of course all summer long.

Now, back to the bar. Talk about great prices! And that is, even before the happy hour prices are applied. Happy hour is every day of the week, 3-6 including Friday and Saturday!

We paid $5. For a large tap beer and $5.50 for a glass of cabernet! The bartender was friendly, fast and helpful. WE WILL BE BACK SOON!

Check out this gem in...
