This was a second visit, although the first visit several weeks ago was almost a disaster. We stopped here on our way home, having traveled almost four hours, with a few more to go. The drive-thru had a half-dozen or so cars in line, so I knew the team would be busy filling those orders. I opted to go inside, and yes, other people were waiting (one woman said she had been waiting 15 minutes for her order), so I chose to use the kiosk. I got through the order, but when it came time to pay, the system failed. It kept asking for a PIN, although I had not even used a card at that point. I chose to cancel, which wiped the entire order from the system. I tried one more time; same result. So, I asked the woman who was mixing cold brews for the drive-thru if she could help, and she didn't even look up. Not one of the five associates made eye contact with any of us in the restaurant. I asked again, and since she just continued to stir and fill and stir and fill several more drinks, I left. This is a repeat of what happened during my first visit, except then one of the associates did begrudgingly come over and ask what I wanted. She was rude, but at least she helped me. Not this time. It was abundantly clear that at this location, only the drive-thru customer matters (and that is a practice I see more and more at businesses with drive-thru windows). Well, because I don't matter to this Dunkin location, I won't make the mistake of...
Read moreThis place is sad. I don’t who decided on the management here. I live right down the road and every time I come here it’s an issue. It takes forever. The people aren’t trained nor the “manager”. The issue is from the top down. When I say I live not 2 minutes away and I drive all the way to the one on Berkeley 9 out of ten times. I tried it again today since I just drove ten hours back home from a trip and was nervous about coming here. At least I can say that this place is consistent. It’s a FREAKING nightmare. Lesson learned! No more! I will for now on go to Berkeley. I give up. Whom ever owns this place, you’re going to go under. It’s just a matter of time. Listen to the customers and reviews. Step in before it’s too late. Just a little advice from one business owner to another. After riding this review just on waiting I should’ve took a picture of my croissant sandwich, but I can’t because I’m driving and using text to speech it is literally burnt. I’m gonna throw my sandwich out and not even bother going back to complain cause it’ll take too long to talk to anybody and drive in Warburton and buy it done the right way. I’m so pissed because I know better and I tried to give a shot anyway, because I didn’t feel like driving all the...
Read moreI will preface this review by saying that this was my first time going into the store. Every other time (3-4) I’ve gone through the drive thru. Each time I have, it has taken a terribly long time to order and receive it. Unfortunately, most of the time a) they are out of a lot of what we are looking for (even in the early AM), b) the order comes out wrong, and c) the coffee is very bitter. They were quite busy when we went today, which is why we decided to opt to go inside rather than wait in the drive thru line. There were 2 other couples inside when we first went in. We placed our order and about 15 minutes later the screen said it was ready. We went up to the counter, didn’t see anything, and 5 minutes later found out they hadn’t started it. After 25 minutes, we left with a bitter coffee, a milk, and an assortment of donuts which after leaving we found several were not the flavors we asked for. I honestly feel bad for them in there- the staff were like chickens with their heads cut off not sure how to keep up. I really think this must come down to poor management as I see many other reviews had similar...
