I'm already not a fan of McDonalds and its menu and foods, but this is likely the worst of the worst. While I've never found insects in my food here, buns being hard or hash browns and french fries being stale is a common occurrence. One would wonder if all the other McDonalds gives their old and stale food to them to sale specifically at this store.
They will hose your order if you get more than 1 or 2 burgers 100% of the time. I have 4 kids and a wife and can say we have never gotten an order from them that was right out of the past 20 times we've been there over the past 2 years. And I'm almost 100% sure that it is willful and on purpose to short customers. Every order they hose, you will be short one to two burgers, every time -- never do they happen to drop an extra one in the bag.
You can call them and complain and you get "We'll give you a free sandwich, just come by tomorrow". Try to take them up on that offer and you get, "I don't know who told you that but we don't give away free food".
Our last couple of trips here, my wife and I got to where we would count the food while still at the drive-through or at the counter, and the employees look severely annoyed when you do this and hand the bag back to them saying "You missed a few burgers". It will take 1-2 times to get it right, they'll put a burger in the bag, and hand the bag back to you, and then you have to hand it back because you were short 2.
To be honest, we likely won't ever eat there again, after our last trip and handing the bag back 3 times in a row, I'm fearful that the employees and manager are so hateful of my family going there to eat that they may do something to the food as the general tone when we arrive now is "you're not welcome here".

So i was going on my lunch break and was doing a mobile order, my network timed out so i had hit the pay button twice. During this, i was charged double… Personally i wasn’t concerned as last time it was refunded to my card instantly but this was not the case. So i give my order code to the speaker and pull forward.
Incident: When i got to the window, i had shown my screen to the person there and asked if the order duplicated on their end. They LITERALLY snatched my phone from my hand (without a word) and walked off. Little did they know, i was on a phone call and could over hear them cussing and complaining saying i was holding up the line and refusing to move. (No one asked me to move)They come back and stare at me from around the corner and then leave to the back again still with my phone. Manager comes in and apologizes, told me that if it is still showing a double charge in 24hrs that they would give a full refund. 10/10 on the manager. -10/10 for...

We ordered when we were just up the street so we figured we would still have to wait a couple minutes for our food. When we went inside there was a frappe on the counter( which we ordered) but they put it in front of the guy ahead of us in line . So we assumed it was his. Anyway the employee put some more stuff on the counter, never calling a number from a reciept. My wife and the guy in front of us looked at each other wondering whos food it was. My wife asked if it was ours and where was the receipt, the lady said the other employee must have thrown them away! The whole thing didnt make any sense because anyone could have walked up to the counter and took the food because there were no receipt to match it to.
