Went to this location today for a nice work lunch and was pleased with my initial ordering experience, I walked in to order a to-go order for my co-workers and I. I wanted to glance over the menu so I gave the written order of my co workers to the waitress and after she wrote what was down on the paper given to her, I processed to give her my order. I waited for the order and had no issues inside the store. Once back to my work, we got our food out and it was very wrong. The one burger was supposed to be pickles and cheese only. It came fully loaded, while most of time one would scrape what was not wanted off. My co- worker is allergic to onions, so much so that it can not touch her food. We called the store and requested that they remake the burger and we would bring the other one back. After getting approval from the manager, She said they could remake the burger and it was not necessary to bring the other one back in. Ok great, not that she was going to eat it anyways but she proceeds to tell them her exact order, just as it was written down earlier. She drove 5 miles back to the store only to find out that they put an runny egg on her burger, she said hey, I just drove up here and it was supposed to be only pickles and cheese. The manager walks up and says she's just going to have to accept it because he will have to charge her if they have to remake it again. Talk about customer service. It was not our fault that you all could not take instructions and make the burger right to begin with, we are very disappointed and could not recommend this establishment, we will not go back for any occasion. Read more0 stars for the service and 5 stars for the food. Sadly, the service outweighs the food, so it warrants the 2 star review. About a month ago, we had an awful experience with the service. The food was great, when it arrived, but we watched every table around us come in, sit down, order, and then receive their food before my wife and I. Our waitress was non-existent after our order was taken. We didn't receive what we had ordered and received something we didn't, but we had to wait over 15 min until she even came near where we were so we could flag her down. It took another 15-20 min to get the issue corrected. Bottomless fries are not bottomless here because you have to wait 21+ minutes. I know it is over 21 minutes, because after that, we gave up and just paid and left. We used the tablet on the table to answer the survey and I kindly explained the issues we had experienced during the visit. After that poor experience, we gave it a month and decided to give it another try. Again, the issue was around the service and not the food. Well as luck would have it, we were sat in the same area as before and had the exact same waitress. Although I hoped our experience would be different than our visit a month previous, it was not. It was as if I was in the movie groundhog day. Seriously. We had the exact same issue occur as before. I don't even know how it is possible or what the odds are of all that occurring nearly identically, but it happened to us. Read moreThe Goodyear location completely lost my order when I arrived to pick it up on Friday July 29th 2022. Called order in at 545pm. Thwy said it would be ready in 30 mins. Called back 5 mins later to modify order to a double patty mushroom swiss burger. On arrival to pick it up, i was approached by the guy I talked to on the phone whose name I do not remember to be advised that my order dis not make it into the system. I talked to this location twice in 5 minutes initially!!??? I asked to speak to the manager and was approached by a very young, very rude and stand oaffish kid. I explained what happened (stated above) and he proceeded to tell me "I cannot confirm or deny you actually placed your order at this location". I explained to him that the guy that came to get you to talk to me was the same guy that I talked to on my 2nd call to modify my order. He made me feel as if I were trying to steal a free meal. He then said I can take your order again and have it out shortly. I said that's fine, "will you buy me a beverage while I wait?" He said, " that is absolutely NOT possible" ( really!? After you completely botched my $40 order?). I told him, " well then I can absolutely not spend my $$ here then". I canceled the order and will NEVER return to that location.
