On Monday December 30th I placed an order on the app for walk-in pick up. I didn't want to end up wanting behind 4 cars for a pre-order. I get there 20 min later, app only says wait 15 min. Doors were locked but it was before 10pm. So I head to the drive-thru. Having already ordered the AI makes you talk to someone. I waited 6 min and no voice, just dead air. I figured it was broken, otherwise someone would have spoken something in that time frame. So I drove forward, I had already ordered and paid no biggie right?. So I see.an employee and attempt to capture his attention. He ignores me I'm guessing cause I don't think he was an idiot. Finally, approx 5 minutes later he comes over, I explain the situation. He says.ok.just pull up when the car in front of you leaves. I wait 9 more minutes having not moved and he hollers for my name, 3.times we go back and forth never getting it correct. I'm definitely irritated at this point and it's obvious in my body language and facial expression. I watch 3.people.drive away with food and 2 without. Min you one person I saw order at the menu board àIf only I could leave alas; I paid.online already, I'm hungry and have already committed 30 min of my life to this line. Still no food or even a hey we are shorthanded, a fryer blew up, a grill is not working etc. He again ask my name and I see him asking another employee about my order and if they will come talk to me, really really we haven't even exchanged 10 words and I was polite. Finally, after 45 min I get my.food, from a different employee. Only good thing about this wasted hour of my life is the food was hot. I waited to post this review due to how irritated I was. Otherwise it would be super hateful. I don't know what was going on but that was unacceptable. This location is always slow but come on. Management needs to train staff on customer experience. A simple acknowledgment of the situation along with an apology and resolution really makes a difference. Goes something like this "We are missing 2 team member's tonight, I know the wait is super long we are doing the best we can and I appreciate your working with us.". Doesn't even have to be truth but something. Maybe offer a cup of water, I was.dying of thirst...
Read moreUnbelievable restaurant and area. It has a White Castle, a Hilton Hotel, a clean Circle K, Bubbas, and a HUGE Amazon Warehouse. Brought Warren his coffee from Bikini’s. Hope you loved it dude.
But this is about the White Castle. It’s brand new, clean as can possibly get, and feels just like the original. I’ve never tasted a burger like this. It’s so fresh, same with the fries. I’ve honestly never had White Castle from the restaurant before, only the frozen burgers. Anyone who says they taste the same, has never been to White Castle. It is literally just like the movie Harold and Kumar go to White Castle.
Now the staff, world class. I’ve never seen so many perfect humans in one place. They make the entire area hum to perfection. That’s the reason why I’m writing this.
Just so we’re clear, this is the location in Goodyear, Arizona. It wouldn’t pop up on the map, limited service. But trust me, it’s just as good as the original in Illinois. And the main reason I’m writing is again, the staff.
I’ve been up for over 24 hours, haven’t eaten in the same amount of time, and now I’m gonna go home and rest after working all day and night. I want to personally thank the staff for the hospitable treatment they graced upon me. They are truly doing His work and I told them that.
Imani, you were the point man. You made it all happen. Wouldn’t be writing this without you.

Read moreI have never been so disappointed with an experience at a restaurant. From the beginning until the end of my experience everything was terrible. First, the person in front of me requested a real person to take their order and after waiting for 20 minutes decided to drive away due to not being helped. Then upon trying to use the AI ordering system an error occurred which cause a real person to have to intervene and take my order. After finally getting my order taken and pulling forward I noticed the second lane that I would have normally pulled into was closed, which caused me into the lane next to it. This made my entry into the lane awkward and provided enough delay between the person pulling forward and me fully pulling into the gap they had made for the person who had finished order after me to be able to cut in front of me in line. Upon paying for my meal they informed me that the order was taken wrong. After finally getting up to the window and getting my food they revealed that my order had once again been taken wrong and I was changed extra. Then upon informing the employee that I had asked for a coke and Diet Coke not two cokes. He began to remake one of the drinks and in the middle of the process the manager emerged from her back office and cut in front of the employee with what looked to be her personal cup filled it with ice and then filled the cup with soda before returning to her office. On the way walking past multiple pieces of trash on the floor. Finally the employee finished filling my drink and handed it to me before walking inside without a “goodbye”, “have a good day”, “enjoy your meal”, or anything.
