Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Gordonsville

If I could leave just half a star I would -_- just about every time I come here the food is awful, and with how expensive this FAST FOOD chain is you’d think they’d maybe put a little effort of what they being paid to do into what they put out, but no. I know what it’s like to be a teen working fast food (I’ve done it and was a team lead at a Taco Bell) and I would never send out half the stuff they do. I understand it’s mostly just kids but like they’re literally being paid and they did in fact sign up for it..so. Also shame on the leads and managers for not training your teams properly and making sure they putting out good quality for what the prices are at this establishment and so many others. Just annoying to spend $20 on two meals that weren’t even the actual full meals (no sides and drinks) and it just be obliterated by too much sauce not even steamed or grilled long enough, sometimes way too long, barley cut, cold, stale, literally everything you DONT want your food to be. Do better smh. Def don’t suggest going here for TB go...

I went here to get me some tacos and chips and cheese. That's all I ordered. I waited behind a car for ten minutes and they pulled that car up. Then they proceeded to pull me up. I waited for ten more minutes. Finally I got my tacos without a sorry for your wait.... and by this time I was getting hangry. I pull out onto the road and unwrap my tacos. Bit into it and guess what? The meat was ruined. If I had ordered something different that had a lot of other things masking the flavor, I might have not noticed and gotten sick from them. I decided to throw them away and go home and fix myself something to eat and probably won't go back. I've been there plenty of other times and had to wait, but never that long and never gotten bad food. Not sure what's going on, but something...

This restaurant is a complete disaster. I've been here several times now, and every single time my order was wrong. It's not just a little mistake, either – they consistently get the entire meal completely mixed up. The first time, I ordered a 6 soft tacos cheese only. They proceeded to add extra stuff to the tacos. second time, I ordered Chicken legs and got chicken breast. Today, I ordered a Mexican pizza ith extra meat. There was barely any meat on it at allThere was barely any meat on it at all..

On top of the constant wrong orders, the customer service is abysmal. They don't seem to care about the mistakes, and they're incredibly rude. When I tried to politely point out the error in my order, I won't be going back. This place is a complete waste of...
