3/02/2018 @ 7:30 ish A.M. Food has been terrible the last two times of being there. I had the same waitress both times. Cooks are not cooks at all. Food has went down to nasty. Not sure the name of my waitress but she is short slim dark hair and longer. She came to our table looking like she was messed up on a drug/drugs. Took the order of the one that was with me. They ask for grits white toast no hashbrowns and the meal came with a waffle. I started to order off the $5 menu. I ask if I could get the grill Ham and cheese with hashbrowns pecan waffle and coffee. But if I could substitute bacon for Ham. She looks with eye rolls. I look at her funny. She replies I am calculating to see if she can. Then she tells me it didn't come with a drink. I pointed out to her it did. Oh she replied Thought you wanted sausage bowl. Then she brings coffee. I have a dirty cup. Then she comes back to table 5 mins. later I tell her I needed new coffee with clean cup. But she proceeds to tell us she lost our order but only ask him how he wanted his hashbrowns.. He didn't want hashbrowns he wanted grits. Then she brings both waffles before anything else. My waffle was half done. Sent it back. He had his waffle ate before she brings his food then sets bacon down.. He replied I order sausage with my order Plus he order white bread she brought wheat bread.. She replied No this is her bacon she order. I reply I didn't order just bacon I order a grill bacon and cheese. Oh. I told her just to forget my order take it off the ticket. Just forget it. One of the other waitress told her I would't let her do that to me. When she knew nothing of how lossy she was being as a waitress. Then she brings waffle back. I replied I ask for you to forget my order take it off bill. She replied with I didn't charge you for it. We go to pay she charged over 3 dollars and almost 2 dollars for a cup of coffee that was to start with a five dollar meal. Plus she stood at the table and said she didn't charge for it. Read moreI placed a to go order today at 11:25 in the dining room. I was told it'd be 15 mins. Rachel, the woman taking my order, didn't ask me my name for my order, so before I departed I gave it to her. I returned at 11:50, 25mins after I placed my order. Upon seeing my face, Rachel ubruptly informed me my order hasn't even been put in rotation yet. I asked how much longer it would be she said 10 minutes. By this time I insisted she take my name and number and told her I would be waiting outside. Mind you it's pouring down rain and I'm soaked from coming in and out. Outside, I watched MANY people who had ordered after me recieve their food. At 12:30 I received a txt my food was ready. By then the restaurant had close to emptied, so it was clear my order had not been put in rotation CORRECTLY, clearly a mistake made on RACHEL'S part. I go to get my order and Rachel was more then rude, rolling her eyes and whispering. I told them I didn't understand why me, the customer was made to feel that I inconvenienced them by placing an order and wondering why it wasn't done when I was told it would be. I understand mistakes are easily made, especially in a rush of customers such as today. Yet ive worked in many similar scenarios myself and would never treat a customer the way she treated me.I would've been far more understanding if she apologized for not getting my order in and gave me the correct information as to when it would be finished. Read moreAs soon as me and my family walked in after being on the lake all day, the server ,Christy, who greeted us rolled her eyes at us and rudely told us “if you want to eat here you have to fit at these two tables.” We ended up having a few from our party also sit at the bar so we could all fit. 5 minutes later, another customer asked the cook how the night was. His response was “it was good until about 5 minutes ago.” Which just happened to be when we walked in. Then the man from the back, who seemed like the manager because he was changing cash drawers, came up and was speaking to our server very rudely. She followed him to the back and me and my family could see him yelling at her through the glass on the door. Then he came up front and began being extremely rude to the servers and then they proceeded to have a conversation/argument right in front of us about how they couldn’t work like this anymore. Overall, from one server to another, the workers at this restaurants attitudes are absolutely terrible. I felt really bad for Christy because after our initial interaction, she was a great server and I could tell she was stressed to the max due to being short staffed. I still tipped well after all of this. Everyone is short staffed, everyone is stressed out, that does not give you the right to be rude and disrespectful to your customers or employees....
