I never write reviews but I've had enough of this place. The worst place to order from! After a few bad experiences with this place, I reluctantly ordered from them again tonight and surprise surprise… another bad experience. We JUST received the order we placed over 2 hours ago. 2 Medium pizzas. I checked the anticipated time for delivery and it said 61-71 minutes. After about an hour of nothing happening, we finally saw some action on pizza tracker. Then the clock ticked away after the pizza had been pulled out of the oven and was just sitting on "quality check". After 40 minutes, I finally asked my husband to call and he was told that the online ordering system doesn't give the right time frame and to call the store and ask next time and that our order was next to go out. She also did not acknowledge when he asked about the pizzas just sitting under the warmer for so long. Another 22 minutes went by before it finally showed "out for delivery". Then another 18 minutes before it was delivered! We live 7 minutes from the store. Seven. Minutes. Not only did the pizza show up late and cold, but they messed up the order! Apparently it is very difficult to place the correct toppings in the correct areas of the correct pizzas. If this were the first or only time this has happened, I wouldn't be making a fuss about it, but it is not. The only reason we have continued to order after such horrible food and awful service is because my husband wanted to, but now he has had enough of them too.Last time we tried to order, we canceled it after 2.5 hours when it still hadn't even been put in the oven yet! My kids ended up having cereal for dinner. The time before that, again we waited over 2 hours, pizza tracker showed it having been out of the oven for a while and when I called to follow up on it, very upset with it not only being so late and my kids needing to eat, but the fact it had been sitting out a while. The guy assured me they would make new pizzas. After almost an hour more, the pizza finally shows up and was not new pizza. The pizza was cold and the cheese looked like rubber. They also forgot the dressing for my salad! I was pregnant and hungry and was allowed to pay full price for cold, rubbery pizza and salad without dressing! We had to heat the pizza in the microwave for my kids to eat it an hour past their bedtime! I called and talked to the same guy who said he would make new pizzas and he tells me he "thought they looked fine so he sent them out anyway"!!!!! I insisted they do something to make up for it and he offered me a lousy $10 credit for a future order. I had to insist on something better than that. What made it even more frustrating was that I was placing this order with a $10 credit from the last time I ordered and got horrible service!Time before that was another very long wait and gross pizza that showed up. I certainly will not be ordering from them anymore! When I order pizza its because I need something quick to feed my kids when I didn't have time to make dinner. It is not helpful when I order pizza and not only does it not show up for 2-3 hours and always after my kids should already be in bed, but shows up gross and not even warm. We are a 7 minute drive from this location and there is no reason it should take so long. If I wanted to personally pick up my order myself, I would likely choose other places and not dominos. The reason we order from them is specifically for the fact they deliver. If they are short drivers, they should inform customers before they place the order as the delivery time NEVER commits to the time pizza tracker says. They also shouldn't be making the pizza until they know it is close to time to be leaving the store rather than wait an hour to make it and then have it sit around another hour or longer before going out! Apparently Dominos has no issue collecting full price for gross food and poor service. Awful. If I could give them ZERO...
Read moreI stopped in to pick up an online order that my wife had placed. I love the monitor that shows the stage your order is currently in process. I asked an employee if i could add lava cakes to my order and the counter person said based on where my order was at it would be done two to five minutes after the original order would be completed. She then asked if that would be okay. I thanked her for giving me that information and ordered the desserts . It is very, very busy night. With a lot of orders coming in online and through the door with walk in orders. All the staff were amazing with how they were working as a team in their stations. I apologize for saying this as I did not ask her name a young girl to me red-haired woman was coordinating the team members. Even in the high pressure and fast pace she was calmly coordinating things with her staff and the delievery driver. She was making sure that all orders and requests by customers today were being met in a very timely manner. She was talking with her team to ensure the quality checks were being done on the food, and all the sauces and extras were included in each order. It was extremely, impressive to see such a high-functioning team coordinated by someone who obviously does their job at an extremely high level. She was overseeing all aspects of the business from her quality control position as order expeditor. She was engaged with the Delivery driver about orders, the counter person if they had questions, talkimg to each of her staff at each of their station when they needed a questioned answered or to ccodinate with them about orders. I received my initial order and then 3 minutes later, they coordinated my desserts to me and I was out the door. All the team members did a great job and the calm. cool, coordination from the young girl redheaded woman. Absolutely, made the difference. That is a high function team that producesa very good product and extremely efficiently. I thanked them when I was there and I'd like to thank them online. They did an amazing job on my order. And we're doing amazing work on everyone's order. There were 3 people that were waiting for their online order to be finished near me and all of them commented about the young red headed woman saying that anytime that they've been in there, she is always been on task and always been customer friendly. Read moreWe order with a time of 30-43 minutes for delivery. Call and get Jordan on phone after pizza was in check stage for 30 minutes. Told they are short on drivers and the tracker online is not accurate. Was told my food was 6th in line to be delivered and was already out of oven with NO driver in for at least 10 minutes. Got manager, Sam, quite the general manager, stating that her timer said 90-120 minutes for my order and confirmed my order was done. Claiming the tracker isn’t accurate and Fridays are busy. Well, I would never order Domino’s if my wait time was 1 1/2 to 2 hours because their food just isn’t worth that kind of wait. She offered nothing but to cancel my order. I was out of options, said keep order and make sure it is hot. Because of her attitude, I called back and said cancel it and do not charge my card. Was told the charge would be credited without 48 hours, but they should not even charge until the food is ready. Second bad experience in 4-6 weeks. General...
