I recently dined at Gorham House of Pizza in Gorham, New Hampshire, and it was a delightful experience. Here’s my review:

The service at this place is horrendous there rude and ignorant and cold every time I order. They never answer the phone. There order online system is never working properly. The only reason I still go there was one thing I like. Tonight I tried to place a order calling trying online. I couldn't get threw and the online system kept declining my payment. I figured they must be closed because this happened to me before. After we got home we seen that we had been charged for a order we never even got or new we placed. The lady was extremely rude wanted me to pick up the order. I stay calm and try to explain the situation. She talked right over me trying to rush me off the phone saying she can't refund me my money. Agian for a order I tried to place for 45 min of my night. I am shocked how out right rude and ignorant she was like I had did something wrong. I was the customer having to waste 40 min of my time trying to order from a pizza place. That's the insane part. I will never go here again. And I want a refund because you should have never taken the money out because according to you app. There was no...

I am sure this place has great food . We saw people coming and going in and out grabbing food. We came in this evening and asked.if we could sit. One of the 2 or 3 girls roaming around just kinda gave us a yeah sure. We saw that the menus were available by a QR code. We scanned it and looked around. We were never told if we had to go to the counter to order. Or if we had to order on the website. Just had girls walking around looking at us and not saying a word. Would we like a drink or this is how it works. We sat at the table for 10 minutes looking over the menu. Once again sure the food is great but we didnt want to wait 20 minutes for food we disnt know how to order or to have waitresses or just kids walking around staring at us while the 1 other only customer ate his pizza. So we left and went elsewhere down the road. I hope we missed out on a good meal but to have 2 girls walking the dinning room not acknowledging you was a little...
