Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Goshen Township

8/27/2016 @ 9:15 pm For the most part we never call and complain about anything with the food as long as it's correct, drivers are always very nice, but the managers never seem to be helpful or nice to you when you call.

Just ordered a johns favorite, which was good, and 2 zesty hoagie added bacon one with no Banana peppers and when I went to take them out of bag they were not wrapped in aluminum foil and they fell right onto my floor. They were a mess, pizza sauce everywhere, the hoagies were not even right. There was no Banana peppers on either one of them, barely any cheese or onions. And when I called the store the gentleman that was on duty as manager was very rude. Said they had new policy to not wrap hoagies anymore with aluminum foil. Then was giving me a hard time saying he would have to make a note in my account because I have had alot of recent credits which we haven't had one since 2013. He noticed that and apologized but had an attitude about everything as if it was my fault.

I am very disappointed with the customer service and quality of food when I spend $40 at a time. Not sure how often I will be going back because I always have an issue anymore with the way the food comes to me and the customer service I get. The drivers are always very nice tho.

They did replace the hoagies and delievered them. It took amother hour to get to us but the second driver that delivered them was extremely amazing, wouldn't even take the money we tried to give him for a tip for...

I haven’t order papajohns in the past few months because my last order tasted so bad. We finally ordered from here tonight because we had papa dough rewards and I am more than disappointed. The first thing we acknowledge when looking at the food was it looked like it wouldn’t taste like anything. Just based on looking at it we were afraid it would be what now we expected it. It was exactly that the pizza is so flimsy and thin. It is too soft in the middle like it wasn’t cooked long enough. It j taste bland and bad. We will never come here again. I called to order a pizza was on the phone for 5-10 minutes telling me about specials, taking order, giving credit card numbers etc went to process and they tell me "I'm sorry we closed 1 minute ago we can't order your pizza" are you kidding me!?!?!?! Why did you not tell me you were about to close when I originally called or if I took 2 minutes shorter id be able to order. This is so unprofessional. Taking someone through a 10 minute call and order only to say sorry we closed ONE minute ago is a huge waste of my time.
