Edit below, downgraded rating. Love this place! Excellent selection of FRESH roasted beans and friendly staff! They keep track of what you've purchased and are very helpful when it comes to helping you try something new. Try a Bell Ringer next time you need a quick caffeine fix, it gets the job done and then some! Groovien and Wrangler are two of my favorite roasts so far. You won't find fresher coffee in the area! Even the kids enjoy visiting and downing some hot chocolate! Edit: I've downgraded my original review. The last few times I've bought coffee it was off, not sure what or why but not good. One of those times it was bad enough to call and complain and while they did let us exchange it, my wife was met with skepticism and rudeness. One employee agreed it wasn't "medium" (roast profile) and another snapped at her and told her it looked perfectly normal. I've been buying fresh roasted coffee long enough to know what light, medium, and dark roasts look like and this was barely light. We have been meaning to stop in here for a while, and we are really glad we finally did. The barista was extremely friendly, and was patient with us (as we had never been through before and weren't sure what we wanted to order). The coffee itself was amazing. My husband rarely finds any sugar-free options he likes, but they had several syrups available that he could have, and they were able to make his drink with almond milk. I got one of the cold espresso drinks, and it was delicious. It was a very nice change of pace from a Starbucks drink, and I think it tasted a whole lot better. I noticed that they had several different blends of coffee to choose from, and they also offered flavored cold press coffee. Next time we go back I'm going to ask about their rewards program. I live less then a block from this cozy cafe! IN FACT I JUST WENT THRRE THIS MORNING! I recommend the iced or frapped turtle coffee! The staffs always polite and helpful as I like to try and get something new every time, and they always have great recommendations that have never let me down! They have a bike rack which is great for me bc I live so close. I have also been thru their drive-thru. Great service. MY daughter was saying hi to the staff and they gave her stickers and a cookie!
