Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Goshen

TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! Little Caesar’s on @ 720 Lincolnway E Goshen, IN 46526 United States, is a flat out joke for a restaurant! My wife got a notification on her phone that food was ready! Waited 30 mins and they kept saying they didn’t have the order. Even though she showed the confirmation message and the location of said little Ceasars! They ended up giving her food to someone else. So, after another 20+ minutes of waiting they said they’d give her a free sauce packet. They finally get home and they gave her a pizza without the toppings that we ordered! So, my wife heads back over to get the issue sorted out. After, another 30 mins of talking to the employees, they go back to “fix” the issue. A few minutes later they see the employee clock out grab the same pizzas and walk out the store and leave! My wife has now been over there for 1.5 hours trying to get 2 pizzas! Two!! What on earth is going on?! I am outraged at the terrible service, management, and stupidity going on! They need to get their act together! Fire all the employees on this shift that are linked to this incident and actually hire people who care about their job and who will get this sorted out ASAP! Needless to say this will be the last time I go this little Ceasars! I will also be highly recommending ANY other restaurant to people just because of how terribly handled this entire situation has been! Also, one star is the lowest rating I could give and is WAY too generous for the junk we’ve dealt with here!...

I never received my pizza when I last ordered from them.

I have security camera surveillance proof that I never received my pizza, and that my neighbor did. I talked with DoorDash within the hour that I was supposed to receive the pizza, then DoorDash directed me to contact the manager of this Little Caesar's store, so I did in the proceeding hour, but when I did, I was told "if it's at your neighbor's house, then go get it."... I am on the autism spectrum and it is hard for me to just go and do something like that. It's especially harder after I've had to be on the phone and online with DoorDash before I could make the complaint to the store.

I was never reimbursed for this. I tried calling the support number provided to me by the Facebook team for Little Caesar's, I was on the phone for 17 minutes, waiting for someone to talk to me, but then, and I assume that a robot did this, I was hung up on.

I don't know that I will be going here anymore. More and more often I go into this place expecting to get a quickly made pizza. Instead I usually end up standing with a group of people for 30 minutes until someone has to ask what it is that I ordered. The food isn't very good anymore either. The pizza has, as of recently, been drowning in grease. Each piece manages to fall apart or the toppings slide off. They also manage to mess up orders commonly since they don't check the pizza's before they give it to the customer. They put the order together and wait for you to walk back in and ask for the right pizza. Just go to pizza hut. They usually don't mess it up, the pizza is way better quality, and it doesn't cost that much more. The only time I would suggest going here is for a party where you aren't the one...
