KFC — Restaurant in Grafton

Well here ya go! SAVE the ENAMEL on your TEETH, don't put this stuff anywhere close to your mouth!!! These people should feel guilty for taking the life of any chicken, emu or bird for that matter. Absolutely the WORST KFC known to mankind! RUN, CRAWL, WALK, BIKE, HIKE, HOBBLE, FLY, SWIM, SKIP, ROLLER SKATE, MOONWALK... whatever you need to do to get away from this PIT!!! They always seem to have "Just had a large order and out of your item". There is always an extra wait time as they, "Just sold out of chicken". How does a KFC always "run out" of chicken????? You have ONE job... Fry chicken! Here is a good one... Call the listed telephone number and let it ring, see how long it takes to get an answer! They NEVER EVER EVER answer the telephone, is that due to Covid-19 as well? The reason for not answering the telephone certainly isn't because they were busy FRYING CHICKEN or sweeping or mopping the floors! This restaurant will probably soon be closed and the lot will be listed on some Realtor's website. Unfortunately, the workers won't qualify to salt the fries at Burger King or ANSWER THE PHONE at Pizza Hut as they have no experience! Maybe a career with the DMV would be more suitable. Save yourself the time and hassle, go around the corner to McDonald's and get some chicken nuggets, this KFC is by FAR the worst of the worse! They should put a mask on what they call chicken before serving it to you 30 minutes after you...

I'm going to give this place a 5 star and I hardly give 5 stars because most of the time there is room for improvement anywhere, but someone gave them a 1 star because KFC chicken is greasy 🙄 so I'll bump mine up to a 5 to try to improve their overall score. This place was super clean, especially the bathrooms. Their employees were very friendly, and that's hard to find in fast food nowadays. The design of the restaurant is really cute and laid out nice. No problems parking and the parking lot was clean, and easy to get in and out of, for the most part. The service was super fast, no real wait time at all. (We were there like early afternoon). And the food was hot and delicious! The fountain soda had a little bit of an off taste, but probably because it's town water or something, but they weren't bad really, just a little off. Overall, this place rocked! Great...

Every time we go here it seems like there's an issue with our order and 90% of the time we through the drive-thru get out food go home and then open it and once you're home and you realize that you're missing $30 worth of food and are called and told oh just to come back . I don't live two seconds from KFC I live 13 miles away and when you make an order and you're the only person there only person in the Drive-Thru you don't think you have to check every single thing that they give you and make sure it's there and then act like it's your fault on the phone food always taste like it's been there for hours and hours the only thing that has ever fresh is biscuits but it seems like every time we go they have to make more and we got to sit and wait I don't quite...
