Subway — Restaurant in Grafton

2nd time here, 1st time, 2 of the sandwiches I ordered with mayo and mustard the gal put way too much of both . So this time I was okay say lite mayo . . When I asked for oil and vinegar on 1 sandwich I had to stop her from putting the whole bottle on. When adding the veggies it was ither a handful or what is normal. I ordered 2 sandwiches that were the same and 1 got almost all spinach and the other got like nothing .When I asked for more veggies I got the eye roll then. When asking for more veggies she then puts more dressing on (than you would put on a salad) .. When I said no she like what do you want I said more veggies... still trying to give me the dressing soaked sandwich . Finally got it remade. But the other gal tried to defend the making of it... umm I was asking for more veggies not dressing. So needless to say I am not impressed with service and food quality. Note it was the same girl each time. Oh and when I walked in I was what would you like I started to say my order, she goes...

Ordered 2 footlong subs. She (Wish I'd gotten her name) started my order and when someone walked in behind me she began making that order at the same time. The worker continued to flip back and forth between both orders. The order behind me was pushed through before mine!! Because I wanted everything on mine! That was rude for her to push my order back. Hindsight, I should have insisted she focus on my order. Next time, oh, never mind. THERE WON'T BE A NEXT TIME!

UPDATE: husband just bought 2 subs against my recommendation. Pitiful excuse for sandwiches. Had very little of anything on them, including lettuce, which they usually use for filler. I will never be hungry enough to eat from Grafton Subway again. If you want a good sub, try the Subway on Point Marion road at Morgantown....

I was against Subway for the longest time. I had asked an employee not to cut my sandwich because I saw that they were not cleaning the knife that they were cutting sandwiches with which means food I don't like/am allergic to, transferring onto my sandwich. She cut it anyway and I had to make her remake it. She responded with, "What kind of a (choice words) persons doesn't want their (choice words) sandwich cut?!", then proceeded to make the worst sandwich I've ever seen that ended up in the trash. I decided to give them another chance and had the pleasure to interacting with the best subway employees I've ever encountered. The customer service here was impeccable and these two employees deserve a raise or a promotion. Thank you for the amazing service...
