Taco Bell — Restaurant in Graham

The absolute worst taco bell I've ever had in my life. First we pulled up to the window after waiting in line for 20 minutes. Then the guy at the window took our payment and told us to pull forward and didn't even give us our drinks. It took another 20 minutes to finally get our food, in which nothing was made correctly. Also the girl couldn't figure out which car was which. There were 4 other cars waiting on their food. The chicken quesadillas didn't have the sauce that's supposed to be on it. Everything was crammed into one bag. Folded up and stuffed. The chips were dumped out into the bag. The jalapeno ranch nacho fries didn't have any of the toppings that were supposed to be on it. The beefy 5 layer burrito had no cheese and had lettuce on it. Its not supposed to have lettuce on it. Plus they were out of 3 of their most popular drinks. Seems like there was no manager on duty and it was ran by a bunch of idiots. And when i asked for the stuff they missed like the quesadilla sauce and toppings for the nacho fries and our drinks i was met with attitude! I'm very disappointed as i drove 30 minutes out of my way for taco bell. Don't waste your time or your...

Literally the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to, and I am a shameless Taco Bell fiend. Placed our order 15 minutes in advance, pull up to the window, get told to wait- okay, no big deal. Guy comes out, ask us what drinks we ordered…but he already gave us our drinks? We tell him this and he nods and goes inside. Comes back out and tells us they’re out of ground beef and steak. We say okay, since that’s the case we’d like to cancel the order since 100% of it was ground beef based. We weren’t mad, just wanted our order canceled since they “didn’t have ground beef”. The guy says he’ll have to ask his manager and goes back inside. The manager then comes out SCREAMING “What the f— is this about?!” We explain we just want to cancel the order because we were told they were out of ground beef. He exclaims that he just made more and our order will be right out and leaves before we can say anything else.

I’m talking my husband down at this point and saying let’s just get our food and go. They bring our order out, and the guy once again asks us what we ordered to drink…seriously?

Oh, and the food was cold. So...

Im writing this more for my dog than me since im kinda partial to taco casa taste wise...his favorite thing in this world are meaty burritos...but i will say i love that taco bell stays open late when you work all the time and need to find something late at times...i love they have a burrito for vegetarians like myself...something beside a plain bean burrito i mean and last but not least at all i appreciate the fast and very friendly svc from the staff there....particularly the evening crews since thats when i usually am able to get down there ... The only little drawback is they always ask you to donate...which i unfortunately dont have the ability to do right now which always gives me a good ol guilty feeling before i eat my 2 dollar veggie burrito that is most likely the only thing ive had to eat all day... now i just say heck i need one myself and we all laugh about it but anyways...good food good folks...
