Vetoni's Italian Restaurant — Restaurant in Graham

Ive eaten here often enough. It was one of my favorite italian places to eat. But the last few times we have gone, my stomach has tore me up immediately afterwards. The lasagna also tasted like it was old. They also have recently redone their menu and upped their prices. I just dont see it feasible to spend 60$ on a colon cleanse. Im not lactose intolerant and can eat cheese. Food handling can definitely be better.

How can i complain about food handling in restaurant when it hits me 30 mins after i eat your food while im driving home. My husband and I both got sick after eating there. And we had 2 different meals. You can say your license is up to date all you want, but your practices are clearly lacking. And if it was all "fresh" it wouldnt taste like its been sitting for 3 days. Maybe you'd have "better customers" if you didnt bash them when they tried to give an honest review. I thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant until i saw how you treat customers who "disagree" or get sick off of your food. Dont worry, I definitely wont be back for your overpriced...

My family recently ordered from Vetoni's for takeout. In doing so, My meal was unfortunately left out from the bags that were given to us.

However, the next day when we called to ask about what could be done to remedy the situation, the gentleman on the phone was incredibly respectful and understanding, offering multiple different solutions, and explaining that the previous night had been incredibly busy for them.

A free replacement was offered, as well as complimentary garlic rolls. He assured us that, regardless of when we decided to come, the offer he was giving us WOULD be honored.

I had the Chicken Cordon Bleu, which was absolutely delicious. The pasta was perfectly cooked not too stiff, and not too mushy, and the breaded chicken was flavorful, well seasoned, and not dry.

While Vetoni's may sometimes have issues, they will make sure that they are remedied for your next visit. The customer service is attentive and responsive.

Let me start off with the food was good, however the waitress was Very rude, and blunt we where being asked " what do you want to drink" and we had barely sat down and hadn't looked at the menu, we wasn't asked if we wanted wine or other drink menu, nor asked if we wanted any appetizer, When asked if we could make a substitution on a sampler the waitress was like I don't think so. Most Italian places I have ate at before put this place to shame, waitress never came back to refill any drinks and to top it off I wasn't even done with my plate any the waitress said are you done or are you still eating. Let me stop.....Very irritated at this point My opinion the wait staff can make or break a business, they should be the salesmen, the ones who provide great service inwhich entice the customer to come back to the establishment. 4 stars for the food, ...
