If I could give them zero stars I would. My husband and I went there for a nice dinner. And got the exact opposite! First the food was COLD and tasteless. I asked for something else and the cook came out to us. I politely asked for another dish and he became very uptight and rude. Basically shaming me because I did not like his chicken Parm..not a good start. So I ordered a cheeseburger which we never received and they made us pay for it!! They threatened to call the police if we didn’t pay!! Made a huge scene and I managed to remain calm very calm while the woman who worked there possibly his wife was screaming at me threatening to put me on YouTube and I told her I’m not making a scene so this isn’t YouTube worthy. Long story short they forced us to pay for a meal they refused to give to us. Even after us asking for the burger they originally agreed to bring it to us then changed their mind and Made us pay for a burger that they ended up not wanting to bring to us. Very rude VERY unprofessional and HIGHLY inappropriate for a business to conduct themselves in this manner. Others have complained about similar experiences and bugs on the food just look at the reviews. Also we have reason to believe they paid some of these reviews off recently because my husband made a YouTube video review on the restaurant that he posted to their page. And these “5 star reviews” are very recent and may be family members or friends of the owners. Just heed our warning don’t eat here you will waste money and time. For those of you that do choose to eat there after reading...

We have ordered from here a few times as they are the closest take out to our house. The first time they sent us a Mediterranean pizza instead of the Mediterranean salad which they quickly fixed and even refunded us for their mistake. That reason alone I decided to try them again because of the great customer service. We tried the grinders and thought they were okay, not the best but not the worst and they were not over priced. However last night we ordered from here and I will not again. We ordered a grinder which as stated above was OK, a ceaser salad that was just a poor excuse for a salad--it was romaine lettuce a few croutons and the tiniest dusting of Finely grated cheese with the dressing on the side--I was truly disappointed by this, and finally a side of fries (because we only spent 14.09 and the min for delivery is 15$ (Side note: we live 2 mins from this restaurant ) ) the fries were soggy loaded with grease and not very good tasting. So I will no longer order from here. Granby in general does not offer many good places for pizza...

I've taken my kids here twice, and have been incredibly unimpressed. The food was lukewarm at best, unseasoned and tasted like it was from a can and microwaved.

From seeing these other reviewers, it would seem that consistency is a major issue, something that's incredibly important in a restaurant.

Also, the amount of decor, it looks like a Vegas brothel. Super tacky, over the top. Makes one wonder if they're such a "good" restaurant, why do they need all the flash and fair to draw attention to themselves?

Another warning indicator for me is that the delivery vehicle almost never moves, and I don't think I've ever seen more than 4 cars in the parking lot (including the delivery van)

Maybe YMMV, but my family and I won't be going for...
