I give 1 star because the salad was tasty. Horrible service! When I ordered a chopped salad, the girl rolled her eyes at me. Then, the whole process was full of attitude. Worst service ever, at any Subway, anywhere. I would tell her only 3 items at a time. She could only remember 1 item at a time. She was boxing up my salad without any dressings, and without the guacamole I had requested, twice. When I asked the 3rd time, she put an excessive amount of quac on there. I asked for a little black pepper and she shook a huge amount and only quit when I told her to stop. Then, my salad was thrown into the bag, on its side and toppings went everywhere. Get to my car, and no crackers and no fork. So, I decided to go back in and eat there. While there a lady came in and stood at the counter waiting. Nobody came to help her. All employees were in the back, laughing and talking. Another man came in, stood and waited. After a few minutes, he had to open the Employee Only door to tell them they had customers waiting. Yes, a manager was on site. She was no better than the employees. A man asked her what was in their veggie patty. She said, "It's a veggie patty. It's got veggies in it." Very rude and snotty.
I'm a local and have eatean here many times. Never has the service been such a joke. With this treatment, I will not be back. ...
Read moreThis Subway treated /blessed 22 hungry people staying open past closing to help get us something to eat. We had been stranded on the side of the highway, coming down from Rocky Mtn. NP when our tour bus developed break trouble. We waited 5 hours for a replacement bus. By the time we started down the mountain, most eating places were closed. I called this Subway, and they agreed to stay until we were able to get there. We arrived at 8:59 PM. They treated us all like we were their new best friends. All 22 of us were in and out in 20 min. Thanks to the manager and his two employees, we were truly blessed by these gentlemen. Subway should be proud on this store, the management, and employees!! Thank you for...
Read moreUnfortunately, I had to walk out after witnessing both the young lady and the gentleman behind the counter showing a clear lack of understanding when it comes to food safety. What really concerned me was watching the young lady handle food, then cash, and then go right back to handling food without changing gloves or washing her hands.
With so few food options in the area, it’s disappointing to say I’d rather go hungry until the next town than risk eating food that’s been repeatedly cross-contaminated. I hope this can be taken seriously and used as a training opportunity — getting the staff ServSafe certified would be a great start. Experience on Saturday, May...
