This was NOT a good experience, I looked at the menu online to set things straight and then the waitress, Angel continues to lie and argue about what exactly was included with our meal. She says where did you see this (as she had already taken away the menu, but did not realize that the menu is online) and wanted to contact the online menu website person to correct the online menu instead of making adjustments to the cost of our meal or least offer desert or some sort of compensation to the customers sitting right in front of her. It sounds very silly as I write this to make this kind of response about contacting the website to correct the menu when the menus IS correct. instead of taking care of the customer right then and there. Instead she kept arguing with me about that the soup or salad was that actually is part of meal is the side dish choice, I had to read the online menu to her and emphasize the AND salad included with every dinner. I heard and saw the people next to us order and then saw them get a salad with their meal in fact I saw 2 other tables get salads with their meal exactly as the menu said from the same waitress. In fact one of the friends at the table said where’s the salad and her jaw dropped realizing she made a mistake and she continued to recite the salad choices. What’s really bad is that she continues to lie and makes no attempt to rectify the situation after we caught her mistake and seeing other people being served salad with their meal. Your servers need to have better training in my opinion. I’m a business owner myself of 25 years in the food industry and know that the response she gave which was a to continue to lie about the menu is not a proper response. She also didn’t ask if we wanted more rolls or any type of sauce for our steaks. We also had to retrieve our own salt and pepper shakers off another table. I was hoping to see on the reviews where the manager would contact the reviewers that gave a one or two star rating directly said I’m sorry for the service you received or whatever the problem was and give the person a number to call to rectify the situation. But I’m not seeing that at all. Even the dealership I go to for service replies to ratings good or bad. I would definitely not recommend this place. The food was basic nothing special. Texas Roadhouse will be my go to restaurant from now on or any other steakhouse. Very poor service and food is basic. The menu online and in the restaurant clearly states the salad comes with the meal and is exactly as follows:

Read moreDONT WASTE YOUR TIME BEING DISRESPECTED HERE AND HAVE TO LEAVE HUNGRY. This was BAD EXPERIENCE number 2 at this restaurant and we will never be returning. My husband and I visit lots of steakhouses all over the central US and this is by far the most rude staff we have ever encountered. We stood at the empty host/hostess stand awkwardly until someone finally seated us. We were told right after we ordered that it would be ten or more minutes before we would be able to get bread. When the bread finally came out it was undercooked, doughy, and gross. We couldn’t eat it but was not even offered any other bread. We then waited 50 minutes before our server made contact with us about our food being given to another table and told it wouldn’t be much longer. We tried to tell her at that point that we needed to leave but she literally wouldn’t stand there and listen, she walked off. One hour and fifteen minutes after we had arrived our food came out but we still didn’t have our server to give us a ticket so that we could leave. I caught a guy cleaning the table behind us and we asked for the manager. He is a real piece of work let me tell you. We explained the situation in which he already knew about. The restaurant staff just CHOSE to not come over and tell us about their mistake or offer to make it right. So when we told the manager that we needed to leave and couldn’t stay to eat the meal, he told us that he’d take care of it then walked to a register with our server. He comes back with a $35 ticket and told us that “he took care of it” he was forcing us to pay him $35 for our tea and our side salads that came with the meal that we never got to eat. And NO, I could NOT make this stuff up it legit happened yesterday 3/1/20 And that’s not the end of it. After we paid $45 for side salad, tea, and tip the manager says to us in a cynical tone to “have a better day” then walked off. Um... just to let everyone know, we were above and beyond respectable about this situation, never raised our voice, never placed blame, and were actually being the bigger person about what had been done to us here by offering to pay for our teas and salad that comes with the meal so there was NO EXCUSE for him telling us to have a better day as though we were looking for a reason to complain and had acted inappropriate. Then, after the server who refused to listen to us or say anything to the manager for us gets her $10 tip for a meal that we didn’t receive she says “well better luck I hope you guys get to eat”..... ugh this place is absolutely disgusting when it comes to customer service and the food was not what everyone makes it out to be either. Read moreHave to say until there’s a management change I probably won’t be going back! Showed up on a Sunday evening, place was maybe 1/3 full . We still had to wait 10 minutes to be seated. Now usually that means they are short on help . Ok i get that but there were 3 employees at the front desk and the 10 minutes we sat there not one of them were interested in helping out a server! Mostly they just stood and talked amongst themselves. When we got to our table , our server greeted us and said she was new . Ok i can overlook that , everyone has to learn . She promptly took our drink order and brought them asap. We than ordered and waited 45 minutes to get our food ! 2 orders , 1 a salad and the other a chicken sandwich. But 45 minutes, we started complaining. We told the server we were going to leave if food didn’t show soon! Than must have been a manager stop by and ask us what the problem was? Duh !!! The manager was one of the 3 standing around talking with the help ! I got no sense of urgency from the management. Seem to not care we had been there for 45 minutes with no concern. So I’m thinking if i go back I will bring in my own snacks to have while i wait ! Or have something delivered to me there while I wait...
