Brought our family in on Saturday night. We asked if the kitchen was still open and were told it closes in 30 minutes. We asked if we had time to order and were told yes-- and could hear everyone in the kitchen groan. We were the only ones there at that time -- very obvious we ruined everyone's plans of walking out the door early. Had 3 empty drinks at the table before a refill was offered. Had to wait for our ticket bc the server was nowhere to be found. For a place that charges $15 for a cheeseburger, you'd think they'd be able to provide decent service. It was nearly everyone in our group's 1st time there... solid first impression.
Tip to your help- if you don't want to serve people, just tell them you're closed. Would be far better than treating people how we were treated. If you are going to provide a service, maybe do it with a...
Read moreThe lousiest example of a burger I've seen in a really long time. My coworker also ordered a burger and he had the same opinion. These burgers were about 4 oz. A fast food joint would brag about a 4 oz burger, not a full service restaurant that's worth its salt. There was hardly any flavor in these burgers. Absolutely no seasoning. The only flavor was the ground meat pulled from the cow. These had no grill marks so it's clear they just throw them on a hot griddle like a fast food joint. Honestly I've had griddle cooked burgers that put this thing to shame. They had one tomato slice with them and they were about the size of two quarters. They have a limited menu here so don't expect much and definitely stay away from...
Read moreThe place is nice, good decoration, good service and food, there are options for children, the waiters at the tables are a little slow and a girl brought us the order different from what we ordered on two occasions, I think that's the only thing. That another boy should improve. The person who waited on the tables did not want to serve us. They should improve the service at the tables. This is the only part we didn't like. The burgers were well prepared, so credit goes to the Heisel guy in the kitchen. The best thing was that the chicken wings were crispy and had a rich lemon and pepper flavor. I...
