Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Grand Junction

I have ordered from this location since I have moved​ to grand junction Colorado and up till tonight May 5 2017 I have been happy with them but I put an order in tonight and about an hour or so went by so I called to ask if they was going to make it and the night manager was straight up rude and mouthy to the point me myself lost my temper with him and I am a very laid back person hardly ever get upset almost never but this night manager pushed my buttons just right he is by no means manger material I ran a shop of 37 men for 17 years and if I had ever acted like this guy I would of been fired on the spot I just ordered from this location just the day before an spent $40 dollars then the next day im spoke to like this when I only called to see if they were going to make it cause it was coming up on the closing time he said that they knocked​ and knocked on my door and no way that happened because I was sitting right beside it he said they call and I see that they did but my phone had died an was on charge but was never knocking on me door and he flat out called me a lier and also said we will never serve me again when I just spent $40 the day before this he was rude and belingernt the night manager that was on duty May 5, 2017 needs to be held responsible for his actions and delt with ocordenly this one time being treated as this manger acted with me I will never spend another penny at Pizza hut .this so called manger is no way manager matterial by any standards I am very dissatisfied with Pizza huts choice of putting people like this in positions that deal the the public shame on Huts management choice I guess with this kind of manager he's Always right and the customer is nothing so thanks Pizza hut . Domino's was glad to take my order and deliver it faster than hut ever did so I guess thank you pizza hut manger u open my eyes to alot better customer service any day...

First off, I want to preface this by asserting and informing that my wife and I drive the country, and have experienced many eating enterprises, and so this review is based on an experienced professional observation. With that said, navigating to this Pizza Hut is extremely easy. In a very classy strip mall, this is the perfect place to be able to come hang out and relax. The Manager, Josiah is extremely polite, professional, great personality and has a very mature approach to business! It is rejuvenating and relaxing to be welcomed by such a proficient, polite, friendly team as the Pizza Hut team on Monument road and they all should receive a raise. In today’s society and culture where everyone’s complacent to sit at home and receive Biden bucks without earning it, Pizza Hut should be very proud of the team at this location. I ordered pizza on the app and my pizza got here in great time, but I checked my pizza and there was no crust topping, so I called this location where I got the pizza from to fix it or to at least let them know that there sending pizzas out with missing items, i was greeted by a nice lady named Jhennifer who directed me to there manager, I waited for a little bit and was meet a weird and extremely rude manager, who was when was informed of what I called about double downed that that the pizza was fine and that "are you sure it's not on there, the crust on the thin pizza is like barely visible and small", I told him that I checked and there's nothing there, and he then said and I quote "there's nothing we can do about that" slammed the phone down and hung up on me before I could say " okay thank you have a goodnight" I couldn't believe how unprofessional and rude...
