We ordered the loco moco, chicken teriyaki bowl, pineapple coconut smoothie and their hot and sour and egg drop soup. It was nothing spectacular. The loco moco was bland and soups were cold. We didn’t eat the soup in fear of food poisoning. Since we didn’t know how long they had been sitting out not at proper holding temperatures. The most edible thing we ordered was the chicken teriyaki. The marinated dark meat chicken was decently sauced. It would have been nice if they served it with more veggies besides just steamed cabbage. Don’t expect much from the counter service person either. When I asked her if the teriyaki chicken was dark meat or white meat chicken she looked at me and condescendingly responded….”it’s chicken?” Like I was the dummy for asking. Which honestly I might have had a dumb moment thinking she knew the difference. Either way… not worth the detour into town from I-70. We were so hopeful because of the good reviews. Lesson learned. Don’t trust reviews in Junction.

If I could give 0 stars and leave a review I would but you have to at least give them 1 sadly. Gone here for years but not have a problem up until about 3 months ago. They have for got the shrimp in my spring rolls befor I have got my spring rolls not wrapped properly and today there was a hair in my food. When I got back to the place I got told that the short black hair was my hair I have red curly hair I asked for a refund and I was told no he told me I was no longer allowed to order there the nice lady gave me my money back but the cook proceeded to cuss me out and tell me to leave and that I was lying I would love to leave a good review for this place knowing that the only manager/ cook made amazing food but the new cook/manager is very rude never expects his mistake and also leaves during the day at random times 🤷🏽‍♀️

Iv been coming here for well over 5 years, and Iv have always enjoyed their twist on the Hawaiian cuisine. Especially because Grand Junction lacks diversity in this area. I would have have them 5 stars but I feel their customer service just needs a little more help. They are not rude, but you don’t get the welcome feeling either??? On the flip side a couple of my favorite dishes would have to include, pho, Hawaiian barbecue combination, spam musubi, local Mocho, and the boba tea!!!

You know the food is amazing but I’ve been going there since they opened there doors and there prices used to be so good i understand things go up but not like this ! No one else I go to raise there prices like this in fact if they do it’s a quarter higher not dollars !!! if u look at there pictures of the menu which they have on there website then look at there prices now it’s ridiculous you’ll see how extreme they went up every year the soup goes up the lunch plates go up there to dang pricey literally going to spend over $40 just to eat lunch for two people you know because literally everyone does when u go in there u over hear the other customers bill and they ordered bare minimum and barely can I order a soup and egg roll it’s already over $20 and that’s no drink ! I love the place but there prices are just to high anymore and the soup used to come in a larger container now it’s half the size .. so now I can’t justify it when other places can serve curry and u get an egg roll included along with tea and soup for under $10 that’s way better even if I have to drive a little further .. just to high and you’ll see when u go inside they take a black marker and scribble out or tape it out the old price on the large menu behind them and put a whole new price that’s even higher I can’t do this anymore! U want to give business because there a great place and food is good I’ll admit nothing wrong there but there taking advantage of your wallet ! 👎see...

I'm a dasher and was assigned a large order for Tropix which I accepted. When I arrived, I was told that it would be a while, but the woman wouldn't give me any estimate on how long that might be, but she said they were only waiting for one more item. I contacted the customer and let her know. I waited, without any place to sit for 30 minutes while I watched customers who had just walked in be attended to and receive orders that they had just placed on arrival. After 5 people, every one else had received their food, both walk ins and drivers who had arrived after me, I politely approached the woman again, telling her that I understood they were busy (though they really weren't) , that I was not trying to be rude, but I really needed an update on the status of my order, she barked at me that I could unassign the order. I told her that I'd already been waiting for a half an hour, a d that it would further delay the time of receipt to the customer. She then told me that it had only been 10 minutes, (an outright lie), and I said that it had not been, that that was incorrect. I ended up having to unassign the order because she would not be honest with me or provide me with any information to update me on the time it would take. My acceptance rate went down, I wasn't paid for my time, the customer had to wait even longer to get their food, and this woman was not only not understanding or apologetic in the least, but exceptionally...

I have always gone here and picked up food for my family and always enjoyed it so much I decide to order delivery cause I am moving an have no car at the moment so paying 26$ for 2 orders of Hawaiian Rice,Wontons, Egg rolls and a thai tea I wait not very long get a phone call from the delivery girl who has this number -970-424-63** and she explains she is coming and needs directions from where she is at which is about 7 miles from me. SO she than calls me back and says I gave her wrong directions which is impossible due to the fact that it literally is a straight shot up the highway and has my food so close cannot find and basically blows me off cause she has another order!!!! I have been a long time customer and never had an issue like this because of this obviously unintelligent delivery girl I have to give my business to the PRO's Dominos Pizza which is like next door to them cause they know where I live. I have lost respect for women drivers due to the one I got that has no sense of direction!!!!!!! I will attach a picture just so you know how easy this is!!!! So think again before ordering food to Whitewater or anywhere close for that matter because you might just have to pick it up ! This is a shame due to the fact that I love going here and there driver is beyond understanding directions I will probably never eat here again. Your business really needs to think about who...
