We ordered a pizza last night at 8:30pm and never got it after it was already paid.
My kids stayed home last night and order a pizza at 8:30 and around 10:30 I called them to check on them and they were still waiting on the pizza.
They said the delivery time kept changing online and the new delivery time was at 10:36pm, 2 hours after the order was placed.
The pizza never arrived. My kids checked the status again and it said âorder cancelledâ then it changed to âdeliveredâ.
Around 11:00 I called the restaurant and they told me that the driver had lost the pizza or something like that, I couldnât understand.
They said that they would need to re make the pizza and they would send it with DoorDash and it would take another 25 minutes.
I cancelled the order. Called Pizza Hut on Broad and got the pizza delivered in 20 minutes.

   Read moreGreat service! I was greeted immediately and our order was hot and ready when we picked up. Staff was plesant and polite. Food was on par with what you would expect from Papa John's. (It's one of my go-to's when I'm craving good pizza.)
Just a recommendation regarding packaging and appeal...

I'm assuming this location ran out of the pre-packaged, sealed, very official looking cream cheese dipping sauce cups... because this is what they included in lieu of those lovely cups of sweet deliciousness.
WHAT IN THE ONLY FANS IS GOING ON HERE?
My boyfriend can't look at me the same after seeing me eat this.
Please reconsider packaging options if you have to make...

Devin, Devan or however it is spelled is a terrible example of leadership and moving forward following the fallout from the entire public relations disaster of the founder. Keep your store credit and improve your management team. Leadership starts from the top and if you cant fix it perhaps you are the problem. I WILL never spend another dollar at any of your restaurants. Corporate ignored my calls for action. The owner obviously felt it was not worth his/her time and the manager... well let's just say, thanks...
