First time here and it was to pick up a to go order. Inside was really nice and the lady atvthe front was really nice as well. I get my food to bring home to my family and my salad had a large friendly flying insect in it. Thought it was a roach at first because of the size but not sure what it was. I called to let them know and they asked that I send pics. Thus was all within 15 minutes of leaving the resteraunt amd within 5 minutes of getting home, unloading the food amd opening the salad. The response is why I'm upset. I get it that stuff happens but initial response was thanks for letting us know and we're so sorry. After that I just sat there and they proceeded to tell me they had an issue earlier in the week with bugs in the salad, which they dad they threw away. If you had issues earlier in the week I suggest washing the salad mix or inspecting it a little further. The final straw was they asked for name so they could give me a gift card to cover some of my meal. Well why would I want a gift card to eat there again when this was my first experience and you admitted you've had problems. I will not be picking up the gift card and I wouldn't have written a review if you simply took care it appropriately. I feel bad because the place is nice on the inside and again the people seemed very nice but know hiw to take care of mistakes that are 100% your fault. We ended up ordering a pizza because I didn't want my 4 year old twins eating at a place were health issues may be a problem. Over the top maybe, but please do better.

Went for lunch recently and wanted to try something new and decided to give them a try. We started with the calamari that was very tasty, but the portion was a little small for the price. Lunch came with a large roll and butter, and a salad or soup. I got the house salad with ranch. The salad was average, but I never have high expectations for the side salad. For lunch my husband got the chicken parm, which was juicy and flavorful and came with a generous portion of spaghetti. I got the stuffed shells and was happy with the portion size. Lots of cheese filling and the pasta was well cooked and not at all mushy.

As for atmosphere, the place feels like a local Italian place, and the decor reflects it. While it is newly opened, it has a feel inside like it has been around for a while, which was strangely comforting. Service was friendly and attentive. I never ran out of my beverage, and they never let dirty dishes sit for too long which I really appreciate.

It is BYOB, so I plan to go back with a bottle or wine and have dinner soon. They said there is no corking fee, which is really nice. I look forward to trying more items from the menu, but so far I am pleased to have this new option in the...

Today was my first time going, I placed my order by phone to pay for it upon my arrival. When in to pick my food order up I was accused of paying for my food with counterfeit money, the manager didn’t use a marker to check to see what he was accusing me of was correct. My wife had just gotten the money out of the Atm machine to pay with cash. Fast forward to them telling my wife they had been depositing money in the bank that was counterfeit and the bank wouldn’t except the money. Before you accuse a customer of such a humiliating thing know your facts and us devises that can detect fake money as soon as it is presented. The money was excepted after my wife explained to them that the money was pulled straight from the atm machine and that the money was real. I’ve never been so embarrassed and humiliated.
