Let me first say that I'm beyond disappointed with the service I received all 3 times I visited. Generally i don't return after bad service. Anyway, I always order online and will in-store pickup. The first time I went, there were 3 young ladies working. 1 at the drive-through window, one making orders and the other playing with her fingers. When I walked through the door, the one playing with her fingers walked away as if I hadn't walked in. One might think she had gotten sidetracked and went to go complete a task, nope. She walked to the drive through window and stood. I stood for a few seconds and basically had to announce I was there to get my order, another employee gave me my order while sour face stood looking sour faced . My 2nd visit the same young lady playing w her fingers was there with the same stank look on her face. No help from her again, waited a few seconds( I say seconds loosely bc it probably was close to 2 mins) and announced what I needed. Today was the final straw. Ordered online. Was greeted with a hi, then lots of moving around making orders, typically wouldn't have been an issue had anyone acknowledged or asked why I was there. I stood there like an idiot giving the benefit bc they were busy ( I assume online orders bc initially I was the only inside customer and was 2 cars in drive through, 1 man entered later) no one said I'll be right with you, give me a sec, nothing. I finally told the employee to cancel my order. I will not spend my money when the bare minimum isn't even attempted. I know employees are underpaid and overworked but dang yall gotta do better. Management needs to hire enough people and seek customer service training. I'm only writing this long review because this business is in my neighborhood. I like spending my money where I live. Build up my community so I can have quality business where I live. Do...
Read moreFriday, April 24th, 2020 my family was in the drive thru at 8:45 pm. There were quite a few more cars in the drive thru at least 4 to 5 other consumers. As I attempted to place my order a recording was playing stating the business was closed. The lights and all other items were turned off on us. There were quite a few dissatisfied drive thru customers in my same predicament. As I was exiting the drive thru other consumers attempted to gain the attentions of employees. These employees were crouched (hiding) down behind the counter. A employee (Nate) then unlocked the door were he conversed with 3-4 consumers about their dissatisfaction. There was not a resolution to the issue of being in line (8:45pm) before the store officially closed. As I observed from my vehicle I let the other consumers know that I personally met the franchise owner during the grand opening event. I would surely bring this to her attention. As I recalled, her family had resided in the area in the past. She was enthused to be able to bring a Smoothie King to an ever growing community. Back to the dissatisfying event. A lady in a grey vehicle quickly pulled up to greet the 4 consumers and myself to ask, was there anything she could do. They provided the circumstance which was unresolved (conflict resolution). The explanation provided was due to under staffing and just an intense day was being offered as the reason of not servicing consumer in line at the drive thru at 8:45pm. I cannot recall her name but her face was a familiar one as I visit this...
Read moreI have been to this location quite a few times because it is the closest one to my house. Lately when we have tried to stop by after my kids soccer practice I have noticed that the store has been closing early. Like 8:35 and 8:40 pm early. Tonight I wasnât having it. Despite the drive-through telling me that the store was already closed just as it had on previous nights I parked and went inside. The two young men working inside did not appear to be pleased as they begrudgingly filled my order. I informed them that the drive-through was turning people away with an automated message and they feigned ignorance, but also made no attempt to correct the cause. I got the impression that I was bothering them. When I walked out at about 8:55 they were hot on my heels locking the door. I really hate spending money at places that donât want me there. The daytime staff is usually great, but Iâm sure whoever owns this place would like to know that they are losing business at the end of the night. It might be accidental, but I have no way of knowing that. There were two cars in front of me and one behind me that the employees simply watched pull through the drive-through while they were cleaning up for the night. This problem seems pretty easy to fix, but like I said it wasnât the first time and likely wonât be the last time that the...
