YES YO Williams...your review sounds exactly like what I have been going through for the last month!! We have participate in this fundraiser for the last four years with NO problem. Oct 12 2015 we were called to come get our order I arrive 5/10 min later.. nobody could seem to find my order it had disappeared... they looked and looked it was gone! Anyways exchanged info with the lady in charge at school. I have been told three different dates...kept getting pushed back and back. I then contacted Savory .. Debbie called me back that afternoon she made it sound like since we were going on a three week wait already that it was going to be shipped out right away and be here by end of the week....and that she would personally deliver the order.. Well that never happened!! The last date I was given was November 4.. well that didn't happen either! Spoke with her this evening she had mentioned she got tracking # and would let me know that status... have not heard back. So that leaves me to tell my customers who have already paid and checks been cashed with NO solid answer AGAIN!!! So upsetting ! No one has offered a refund or anything..Wait I was offered SAMPLES and she would just keep my order. The customers want what they ordered. Will Not be taking part in this Fundraiser again! Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is absolutely the worst fundraising experience ever !!! Our organization prides itself on integrity and when we tell someone something we make sure it happens. We completed the fundraiser over a month ago. When we originally got a 3 week delivery date which seemed ludicrous to us, we apologized to our sellers who in turn apologized to their buyers. Then the date changed because the rep didn't feel like our order was important enough and we were left with a possible delivery of date of no longer than one extra week.When the date actually came the rep gave me any additional two week wait and was very frustrated on the phone complaining that everyone was upset with her which had nothing to do with me but understandable if they were going through half of what we were going through. She blamed the warehouse and claimed the office was changing her date when actually she was pushing our order back to fulfill more lucrative orders and combining us with other groups that finished well after us. Don't waste your time. Normally you can believe fundraising companies but not with this one.No integrity! Now I have to go back to our seller's again with another expected date. Not worth it!! This puts future fundraising...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI purchased some popcorn from a fundraiser which came from this company. I spent $56 to receive some stale popcorn I spoke with a representative by the name of Lila Flores. I asked for a refund more than once and haven't received one yet. I've sent in picture and batch numbers and was told that I need to contact the people I purchased from to get a refund. This is horrible service and very unprofessional! I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. I wish I could give you guys a half of star...
