If I could give 0 I would. Usually a decent place with kind workers but tonight was different. I pull up to the drive thru and no one says anything for a long time. I wait for them to speak. Finally they ask for my order without greeting me. So I say can I get a double quarter pounder with a medium coke and a medium fry. They put it on the screen. Then I ask if they can make it a meal. “That’s what you should have said,” they aggressively spat. “My bad” I reply. Then the screen changes and no one says anything, awkwardly. So I pull up to the window and the lady with short hair running window 1 on may 22 at 9:30pm says “double quarter with cheese, double quarter with cheese meal.” I kind of hesitated for a second but ultimately said yes assuming she stuttered, but right now I feel duped because she charged me for 2 burgers and she knew I only wanted one, otherwise she wouldn’t have said “that’s what you should have said.” Plus she said the order so fast I basically heard double quarter pounder and said yeah. It seems like my fault almost but I know she knew what she was doing. I felt embarrassed that she snuck that in on me and I felt she would make an example of me of I told window two I didn’t order two burgers. Today I experienced my first issue with them. I went through the drive thru and said, “i have a coupon for bogo quarter pounder with cheese” and was interrupted with a, “go ahead with your order.” So I assumed that because my window was still frozen and I had to open my door to order that they couldn’t hear me. I repeated the same thing, and was interrupted again with a, “I don’t need to know you have a coupon. Go ahead with your order.” So now I’m a little irritated because I just gave you my order twice and you’re going to make me repeat it a third time just because you don’t want to know I have a coupon? So I said, “I was just trying to be helpful. when I worked in a restaurant it was always helpful to know when someone had a coupon.” and I don’t think they appreciated that, or the staff there today (2/3, noon) was just NOT a great staff to have working because my food came out COLD for the first time ever! I literally cannot tell if they did this to me on purpose because they didn’t agree with me, or if the staff genuinely just didn’t care about the food they were serving.

To be perfectly honest, I find this particular store to be a very friendly and helpful store, to eat, relax, and enjoy the company of the staff and fellowship. Today ,Sunday, I saw something I thought was great, I went to this McDonald's to find out that they had temporary closed their lobby for the evening and witnessed staff working together to do a very well job in sanitizing and cleaning the store, on top of being able to maintain their customer service and serving food to their customers, in this time of this very unfortunate virus that has come upon us, I think that what McDonald's is doing a very good thing, not just for the community, but their customers and everyone involved, this I find to be very good customer service and I myself appreciate what they're doing for their customers, having a good clean and healthy store as well as friendly staff and great food, I could go on , but I think we all appreciate what McDonald's is doing for the community and customers, so I've given this a 5-star rating, and believe that this is a great place to have breakfast, lunch or dinner they are a 24-hour store the lobby closes at 11 p.m. Drive-Thru is always open, great place to visit,...
