Herbs — Restaurant in Grandview

After learning of my families recent experience including harassment by a customer who was also at this bar, I could never encourage my friends or family to spend their hard earned money or time at this business. The harrassment came from another customer who didnt care for the choice of music that was being paid for to play on the juke box on site. After being physically threatened by the patron attention was brought to the bar tender who said " I am going to pretend like this never happened. ". My advice was to have the owner contacted to share the experience and help him to manage his business practices and promote a safe and enjoyable environment. It turns out Phil was the owner and bartender who said " I am going to pretend like this never happened" . Approximately 80.00 was invested into this business that apparently approves of harrassment, threats and obviously cares not one bit about the safety of his customers". If owner/management is not concerned about your safety or experience then why should his employees. Herbs is not a place that could be recommended and should be removed from a fine community such as...

Updated: We used to be loyal patrons of Herbs Bar & Grill, but sadly, that loyalty has been completely shattered. My father was having a private conversation with a friend, discussing some obvious concerns how business seemed to have declined, supplies weren't stocked, the floors were sticky, and the bathrooms smelled awful. He even mentioned that a lot of people are choosing to go elsewhere now. Instead of taking the feedback as an opportunity to improve, the owner chose to believe second-hand gossip about the conversation and kicked my dad out a paying customer who had supported this place for a long time. The way this situation was handled says everything you need to know about the current state of Herbs. It's a shame to see a place we once loved fall apart like this. If I could give zero stars, I would this establishment has horrible customer service and food to be honest wasn’t that great! The assistant manager Ruby is very rude and unfriendly (Kind of got the vibe She must hate her job or is not paid enough) just careless attitude and RUDE! The owner allows his friends to come in and get over-served to the point they are belligerently Disrespectful towards women.
