Sake Express Grandview — Restaurant in Grandview

So tonight Me and my husband decided to give this new Sake Express a try and I must say talk about the worst customer service the so called manager was extremely rude and argued with my husband. So we ordered a plain yakisoba with beef with teriyaki sauce with no vegetables to go and when we got it home it ended up having vegetables so we called back and told them that we didn’t want vegetables so they tell us to come back they would make it correctly for us we do back for the second time and bring the food home and we open it up it’s not what we ordered it was chicken teriyaki so I end up calling them back for the third time and speak with the manager and told her that they messed up again so she tells me to bring the food back and they would make it again for me the correct way so we go back for the third time and yet again they messed it up because we checked it while we were there… When we told them that we just wanted noodles sauce and meat the so called manager starts to get upset and raises her voice at my husband as if she wanted to fight him the owner comes out and she wouldn’t let my husband talk she felt like she needed to give her reasons on why they messed up we asked for them to remake our food and give us our money back they refused to give us our food but they did give us our money back… At the end of the day I give them a bad review I wouldn’t waste my time or money ever going back to them they are rude and the two girls that work there don’t even know customer service… I wouldn’t recommend this...

extreamly dissapointed ive had food from here about 4/5 times and its been ok food, today i ordered to go and got a veggie yakisoba med spicy... instead when i got home i opened the box and it was habatchi... i called and complained about the wrong meal they offered to just cook noodles and put it on top..... really????? saying they will give me free noodles no charge... im sorry i can pay for the meal i asked for! ! they later found out the cashier mistakenly had put in the order wrong i went back since they offered to remake it..just to find out they used the habachi veggies and just stir them with the noodles!! they even gave me "complementary gyoza" for the inconviniance, i would of rather get my order right intead of free gyoza , since yakisoba didnt even taste good its because how the habachi has different flavor than yakisoba.. sadly will not be...

Im honestly really sad because of my last experience. I’ve given them a few chances now but I think I won’t be returning. The 1st time I ate there it was good the chicken was juicy and not burnt. I went 2 other times and each time the chicken was kind of burnt/charred. Today was my final straw unfortunately. I ordered Chicken Teriyaki, no spice. I do takeout so I had no way of knowing this before leaving: but they gave me spicy. I don’t know if the spicy chicken teriyaki has peas in the sauce, but there was also 2 random peas in it. I can admit that I did ask about my order being ready once so maybe the guy felt rushed and made a mistake, however I had already given them 20 minutes more than what they told me for when it would be ready.
