
Honestly! This shop doesn't even deserve a 1 star if I can give it a zero I would!!! So yesterday I had the worst experience ever! We get to the window and 1st of all they don't have manners to even greet you well at the window. So this chic with short hair takes my order. I ordered a 32oz OMG Lotus she even wrote it down on the cup as I was ordering it and we gave her our card and paid and we moved onto the next window for pick up. So there we are my husband and me waiting 5 mins, 10 mins now going on for 15 mins and I told him this is ridiculous it's just one drink and we kept looking at the window to see if we caught someone's attention and finally after 5 more mins this other girl opens the window and asks us if we've been helped. I just looked at her "like are you kidding me" I told her yes we've been helped I'm just waiting for my drink it's been more than 15 mins that we've been waiting here so she's like I'm sorry I can get the drink started for you. I told her that's not right that we've been waiting this long and you're telling me that my drink hasn't been made!!! At this point I'm already pissed! She kept asking what I ordered and I told her go ask your co-worker she knows, she's the one that took my order and another girl walked to the wimdow and I'm like no not her the other one so they both turn towards the other girl and starting asking her if she took my order and she kind of was hesitant to even walk to the window and look at me she knew she screwed up but didn't even own up to it she just said she thought someone had given me my drink. So she went and made my drink and just said "my bad about that! Really! That is the last time I go to the place and this is the second time I had an awful experience with them. Most of the employees there are so rude and I don't even know why I even bother going there but this time was the last straw...never again! Plus whenever you complain to the owner she never does anything to apologize for her rude employees. I'll be taking my business...

My daughters and I went today, The barista took what I thought was our order, good thing I repeated it as it wasn’t 100% accurate. After confirming my order and paying for the drinks, we pulled up to The next window, received what was supposed to be a blended drink, ended up being more like a water down drink. Forgot the whip that I had paid for, when I waited for them to open the window that was a different barista, when I ask for the whip, she glared at me and the look on her face seemed as she was annoyed, didn’t say a word just stared at me. I handed her my drink, she shut the window without saying a word. I ended up getting a drink back with the whip how I ordered and paid for it, she was so rude and had such a bad expression on her face. Not sure why this company continues allowing poor customer service, lots of reviews regarding that being an issue- with the two but experiences we’ve had In the past with Waiting a long time to get a drink combined with rude baristas, No Thank you- Last time we will take her business there. Read moreIt's Sunday at 5pm. Id been driving 3 1/2 hours already - I drive long distances weekly and really needed a coffee to tide me over for the next two hours. There were 2 cars at both windows when I pulled up making it 5 total counting me. I waited 5 min. and no cars were moving. I've worked as a barista and know it takes about 2 min per coffee beverage, so I gave it another 5 min. A barista walked out and went into a side building for a few minutes, she seemed in no hurry, though the lines were long and not moving.
Pulled out of line, disappointed.
I'm giving it a 2 star rating based on how easy it is to spot, and the fun looking exterior.
