Many years ago, while in California, we bought a very good mattress and box springs from Costco. We finally had to admit that it was time to replace that old favorite. We decided to shop at Marchant Home Furnishings in Grandview, Washington.

My first thought when on the sales floor, was of how perfectly beautiful the furnishings are in this store. The mattresses are just poetic, with harmonious patterns and colors. A very helpful staff answered questions and patiently waited for us to make decisions. Happy with facts and figures quoted to us, we made our purchase and headed home.

Nothing prepared us for the absolute comfort of this new mattress. I have been amazed by the quality, beauty, and stellar feeling of sinking into a heavenly cloud the second I touch it. Every minute sleeping on this mattress is divine. I have been soundly, deeply asleep from the moment my head hits the pillow, and never feel a strain, ache, or pain. In fact I never am aware of changing positions, or stirring at all. This wonder has been long overdue, and is the most welcome blessing. How I needed healthy sleep, and Marchants provided it. They will tell you, they have a brand new chair in stock then deliver the floor model. Pretty sure most their delivery men smoke because they stink. Real attitude if a chair breaks or malfuntions after a while. Flexsteel is supposed to be a premium brand. 2nd time the mechanism has broke in 2 years squeeks when rocking. Not worth the hassle and blame game to have them look at it again The old man that came to repair, blamed me then told me nothing was wrong with it. We had an emergency need for a lift chair. Marchant Furniture was able to help us with a selection over the phone with text and pictures. Once we made our selection they delivered a chair within hours. They also brought a second option for us to look at. This chair was for my elderly mother and I greatly appreciate their help. Amazing small town store that cares about their community. I will be buying all my furniture from them...
