The only reason the experience wasnt particularly perfect was because my SOs chalupa was wrong, it was only supposed to be meat and cheese but that wasnt too bad, at least the sour cream was off which is the main thing he hates.... but the beef was "bad" and made me really sick.... some of it looked a lil grey and i was really hungry so i ate it after shrugging it off.... im almost 36 weeks pregnant and woke up extremely ill throwing up specifically just the beef somehow, was unable to digest even after mroe than 12 hours it was untouched by my stomach and i felt like i had a fever, only feeling somewhat better after it had passed.... it wasnt normal pregnancy throwing up, this was violent and painful and i felt ill with fever and went into work late out of it because i felt so sick.... ._. My body and that baby agreed it was bad and i shouldve followed what i picked up and not eatin it... times are just hard right noe and i needed food.... been warned about the beef at the tacobell on madison in granite.... even by its owk employees before saying not to eat it for the babys sake ;-; im so glad that person cared enough to notice and warn me ... thought that was a one time thing tho but i might have to completely avoid the beef there... mainly well pregnant 🤰 ... Edit: on average this place sucks especially lately at night and too many times they have told me after ordering they cant fix anything or refund even when somethings missing and even one time they didnt give us the food said they didnt have most of the order available and marked it confirmed on mobile order and refused to refund and said to go through the app but the app hasn't responded in days .-. We are out 30$ .-. And just wanted somethin to eat.

Only had like one good experience here: took so much time to get this order and they were annoyed that we were frustrated at it taking so long cause like most the time they are literally high and chillin at this location ._. Im fine with high... and chillin... but rude high and chillin and this kinda service while on the clock..... and if you dont kiss @$$ then maybe your order will be warm and made right and they wont be rude and passive aggresive ... maybe theyll replace you're wrong food instead of taking your money SEVERAL times no refund T~T

The tacobell app finally responded for the 30$ we spent without any food given........... and gave us a f@cking FIVE DOLLAR "COUPON"!!!.... I HATE TACOBELL AT THIS POINT....especially in my area but even the app aint managed right.... greedy @$$ backwards fast food chain... never have this many issues with any others.
Not worth being taken advantage of this many times...the others i could've moved on from.... but the 30$ with no food being made up for in a f@cking 5$ coupon..... its hard not to lash out but then id be blaimed and put in cuffs.... thos worlds f@cked and im tored of...
Read moreNothing about this place is good… Let’s start with the fact that they messed up 2 separate orders in total 3 times… I elected to have a complete refund as I spent 32 dollars and the food was not worth it.. Upon entering the store to get a refund I watched one of the “cooks” preparing a bag, reach in and eat a fry out of the bag they were making for the drive thru customer. I explained the situation and they decided to refund me but when the total for the refund did not match the total I paid for , I brought it to their attention, the lady rolled her eyes at me and said “well that’s what’s on the receipt”
The receipt THEY put on my bag only had half my order on it , but the entire order was in the bag (the tacos were just simply terrible looking , barely any meat, cheese or lettuce and not worth it) Something isn’t right, they’re stealing money but not putting the entire order in but still giving the costumer the food they ordered (I assume using employee or manger discount/free food discount codes) so the customer isn’t aware of this bc they’re not stealing from the customers, until they need a full refund for their terrible service and even worse the food. (Yes I know it’s Taco Bell) They don’t expect someone to ask for an entire refund for their food.
The girl who handled my refund stole the original receipt that they put on my bag and they wouldn’t give me the refund receipt or the original receipt. They were passing around the managers information passcodes (they shouldn’t have access to that information) to do the refund as the manger or assistant manger were not there… they told me the manger would return at 6 I called at 6, they didn’t recognize my voice and claimed the manager had just left when I said “I thought the manager would return at 6, that’s what you told me” She said oooop bc she realized who she was speaking to at that point.
I went in at 8 am to speak to a manager and I was rudely addressed over MY FULL REFUND, she acted as if she was doing me a favor by refunding me the rest of MY MONEY… Stating “those tacos I saw and they was meat in there… “ At that point why I returned the food doesn’t even matter (even though those taco were poorly made and had barely any meat cheese or lettuce , they were the dorito tacos) I did NOT take that food with me, the entire order was left with them!
The manger shouldn’t be running any store and whatever scheme they have going on she knows about it, otherwise why keep any of my receipts and tell me I’m not supposed to have these receipts with me? I should have ALL the receipts for MY RECORDS...

This Taco Bell isn't worth the time. Order accuracy is probably 10/90. Freezes are always out or "not working". If you order anything from this location, triple check your bag. If something is out and you order on the app, they will not notify you and they will not suggest or provide a suitable substitution. I ordered Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes via the Taco Bell app, but they were sold out. When I came to pick up my order, nothing was said. They gave me the order and sent me on my way with nothing in place of them. When confronted, they offered chips and cheese. I was given chips, but no cheese. So even a simple order or Nachos and cheese is subject to failure. Most of the night employees are children and lack adult supervision. I would only go here if it was the last restaurant open in the area, because the Jack N The Box next door closes at random times of the day. I would rather buy breathed on taquitos from QT two doors over, at least then you can get an icee from a machine that works.
This restaurant needs to get rid of every employee and start over. The store manager should probably be replaced to because there's no way that they have continued to operate on the level that they do and the store manager is unaware. The night crew constantly started that no orders can be taken unless it's a mobile/online order. Once you get to the window, you'll most likely be pulled around to wait in the parking lot, in which the night shift lead will be talking to friends in their car. As soon as you pull up to the speaker, you'll be able to see half of not all of the crew outside of the backdoor smoking. They close early every night. When you do get your order, it'll be wrong, without a doubt. If it's not wrong, it looks like a 3 year old who just got hired twenty minutes ago made it. Literally the worst taco bell I've ever been to on every level. They didn't even deserve the 1-star that's required. Don't waste your time here, drive to the Pontoon location, or better yet, go to the Troy location, because its worth using the gas to avoid this one.
