Barmaid seemed to distracted to me. I walk up to the bar to get is some drinks and I'm waiting and waiting. Now I understand that the folks at the bar were there 1st. But I get nothing Not I'll be with you in a moment nothing. Then one of the regulars walks up and she waits on him 1st. Then ask me what I need. So she gets me my drinks. The ownership changed after the bar was closed for some time, and let me tell you, Darryl is amazing. The drink prices are awesome, not super upcharged for warm beer like most other places in town. He has good plans for TJ’s and his bartenders are pretty darn cool. My dad is going to retire from the mill soon and it’s nice to be able to visit now and then and reminisce on my days of kiddie cocktails and iced tomato juices.
