Bruno's Pizza — Restaurant in Grant District

The pizza was good....however after waiting the 45-50 minutes for the pizza I arrived and paid for it... was told it would be 10 minutes more...so I went next door to the convenient store pick up a few items and returned about 10 minutes later... waited .. waited..waited..watched as they gave pizza to at least 4 maybe 5 customers....asked how much longer till mine was ready to be told it would be another 10 to 15 minutes....replied that that was what he had told me 10-15 minutes earlier....had to send my ride on his way and have someone else bring my vehicle to get me....I believe they cut up my pizza and gave it to the people who were standing there and made me wait because I had already paid.. guess if I order there again I will wait and not pay till I have...

By far my favorite pizza. Been going here for years now because Calcutta can't be trusted. Last night though, I got a burnt tray, couldn't eat it without breaking a tooth. I suggest firing the kid with no personality that wouldn't get off his phone. Watched him from the parking lot. Maybe we coulda ate it if he had paid attention. I don’t ever write reviews but this has to be a joke???? A couple of weeks ago, my husband and I ordered 2 calzones: one only pepperoni, one only onion and 2 pieces of plain pizza. We live 30 minutes away. We get home and open the boxes, there was pepperoni on everything. We called, they said they would fix it, so tonight we called and ordered the fixed order (NO pepperoni on anything), but changed the calzone to no onion and add green pepper.
