So, I decided I'd try this place. I didn't know what it was going to be like although I did notice almost no customers around at a donut shop in the morning when about 1,000 people start working right down the road. You'd think there'd be a little foot traffic. So I went in. As soon as I walked in it smelled like mold. You would think a bakery would smell like fresh baked goodies at 6:00 in the morning. There was one other person in there getting something. I chose 4 items, a glazed donut, two vanilla lady locks and one chocolate lady lock, which came to over $9! That was crazy in itself but I was thinking they could be worth it. Man!!! I got the glazed donut out of the bag and couldn't even chew it, it was just so old. The lady lock was the same way. You know how if you accidentally touch the end you get icing all over your hand? Ha! I thought the icing was part of the pastry. It was so dried out. When I walked in and smelled the mold I should've turned around and walked back out. It's worth going out of the way across the river to that really good donut shop I went to once. I'm sorry I'm being so harsh but you reap what you sow. I feel scammed for my $9. The one good part of my trip was the woman who helped me. She...

I would not have accepted them if I had that option on my end but we needed cakes for the birthday party. Over $100 for two small cakes. I should of did my research on franks before I placed the order with them. Most of all their cakes look terrible including the ones I received. (Mine weren't as bad as most but still pretty bad) the borders and writing were massive is size. Everything was super crooked. I was told I would get whipped topping (didn't have an option) and that most definitely was the worst icing ever (I was ok with whipped because that's the only icing I'll eat) it was rock hard and super sugary. The kids were legit crying about their stomachs hurting after eating it. The editable image was hanging off the side of the cake. I got some bad cakes before but never from a legit bakery and definitely not ones I paid over $100 for. I will NEVER again order or recommend franks to anyone for cakes. It's really sad when people some to the birthday party and say, I hope you didn't pay for these cakes. They look awful. I want to add photos but I dont see...
Read moreI'm honestly so disappointed in the $20 I spent this morning. I got 6 glazed and 6 chocolate/sprinkle donuts, along with a caramel cappuccino. The donuts taste like they are 3 days old. Literally like leather, you have to bite and rip your bite off like you are eating jerky.. and my coffee is, I'm not even kidding, the worst coffee I've ever tasted in my life. I tried to put some vanilla creamer in it, and it barely helped, still wasn't even drinkable it was so bitter. Idk what's going on there but this used to be my favorite bakery... I wasn't even going to post a review but I just can't get this off my mind.. it was that bad.. service was good and the lady that helped me was very...
