McDonald's — Restaurant in Grant District

The staff is always friendly the food seems to be fresh where my issue is with this particular restaurant is they always seem to forget certain items that we order and you know we tried to check everything over while we're in the Drive-Thru but sometimes it's not possible to sit there and check it over cuz there's a line we got to get moving flight tonight for example my wife use the mobile app ordered everything and I just picked it up on the way home now yes I guess I should have double-checked with my wife on exactly what she ordered but hey I was driving she made the order she gave me the mobile app code I picked it up came home come to find out when I got home she ordered a few ice creams they didn't give them to us if this was the first time it happened it wouldn't be such a big deal but like it seems like every other time we go there they're forgetting something and if it was during you know the lunch hour rush or dinner rush I would get that but this is at 9:00 at night the store was not busy at least when I was there there should have been no rushing or anything like that and I feel that they should not have forgot that now since we use the mobile app it's going to be a big headache to try to get either get my money back or to try to get them to give us the ice creams next time we go there I already went through this old song and dance and it's like they don't believe us and like we're trying to scam them out of free food or something no I just want what I paid for and what we ordered I literally had to tell them to go look at their cameras last time and whenever I said that they kind of got annoyed I said what do you want me to do you're literally looking at me like I'm lying over a $2 hamburger I'm not lying you guys just forgot to give it to me plain and simple so go check your damn cameras and once you realize you didn't make the Hamburger then you'll give it to me right we shouldn't have to argue that they messed up...

Went through the drive thru today, (as I was pulling up the app, to connect to awful internet, which takes a few mins), I was beside my self when after there was a pause, my son and I heard the lady on the other end whisper "OH God", then her mic shut off. Made it clear in the moment that I heard what was said, and it was not received well (I know they can hear everything, even if they don't, but they should be aware). As I finished up ordering and pulled around to the window I confronted those 2 pleasant ladies with what we heard, at first it was denied pretty hard, which made matters worse. I kept telling them it was said, I heard it, when it was finally admitted to what was said, then it was about the motorcycle, (didn't see or hear one personally), not towards me/us... Educated them that either way, their mic was on, it was VERY unprofessional. I was ticked that they tried to stand there and deny what 2 people in the vehicle heard. You know that one of you 2 said it, be an adult and admit you screwed up, pretty big time (telling someone that they lied when you know it was said says a lot about their character). To make everything complete, I pulled up to the next window to get the order, asked the young lady to tell whomever is manger today that the ladies taking orders need to watch what they say when their mics are on. She proceeds to tell whom, I only can assume is the manager, and they both end up laughing. When she returned I advised this is not a laughing matter as it is extremely unprofessional from ALL of them on...

There is no customer service there anymore. I went there this morning and ordered 2 sausage. Egg and cheese biscuits to take home with me. And when I got home, I realized I had 2 sausage, egg and cheese mcmuffins. I'm sorry but you should be able to get what you order. . but I guess when the girl that takes your order doesn't even speak to. You doesn't say hi doesn't give you. The total doesn't confirm the order with you when she gives you your drink cup and received doesn't even say thank you. I guess I probably should have checked before. I left the store. . but I assumed since everyone is crying. They want more money working in fast food that they could have. At least got a simple order like 2 sausage, egg and cheese biscuits correct. yes, I learned my lesson for next time if there is a next time. Probably won't be back to at least that...
