As a local, I've patronized this location multiple times over the years. With the Covid-19 pandemic, they have established an outdoor system of walk-up pick-up and do not allow persons to enter the premises. Personally, i don't mind as long as there isn't a wait now that we have snow. It recieved a 3 star rating from me for a few reasons: the food is good and the dough is fresh. Heads up: Cash only! No cards, no checks. It's located in a building across from bank on main street, but has no parking. It is not disabled friendly. To get your order, you have to park at the bank and cross the busy road, not on a crosswalk, make the curb and then take the steps. This practice of crossing the street is not a safe practice and I've person witnessed some concerning encounters with pedestrians and drivers over the years. Oddly enough, they're not open on a Sunday, even during football season. There is no online ordering and they're not open very late. I've personally witnessed the owners over the years plainly ignore the phone when it rings because they already have a few orders to prepare. When asked about it, the response is "they'll call back." I understand already having a bunch of orders, but as someone who has been the one calling, to be told that by the owner kind of left me with a...really...feeling. That being said, do call back as long as its not after closing, they're nice people, just not overly fake nice. The food is good. The prices however, yikes. The prices of the pizza and topping are highly competitive with the neighboring tourist area and are very disappointing. Also, as of late they aren't regularly giving receipts, even when asked for one. Overall, this is a good option locally for fresh...

After hours on the road with a growling stomach and fading hope, I spotted this pizza shop like a mirage in a strip mall desert. Should’ve kept driving when I saw the parking lot was designed by someone who hates cars and people, but hey..."don’t judge a book by its cover,” right?
Wrong. So wrong.
I ordered a cheese pizza, a steak & cheese sub, and fries. Let’s break this disaster down:
Pizza: Tasted like someone sprinkled it with sour patch kids and regret. The dough was still doing yoga, raw and stretchy. And the cheese? Smelled like it lost a bet.
Steak & Cheese: Not grilled. Not toasted. I think they baked it? With Miracle Whip. On a cheesesteak. That’s a crime in at least three states.
Fries: Still frozen. Not “cold.” Not “undercooked.” I mean I bit into one and my molar tapped out.
They only take cash, the cashier looked like she lost the will to live mid-shift, and the place was so dirty I didn’t want to breathe too hard. I wasted $20 and a piece of my soul.
Lesson learned: when your gut tells you to turn...
Read moreDon’t waste your time or money on this place, the service is lackluster at best and basically nonexistent at worst.
-No physical menus or prices available to look at. -If you do look for a menu online you’ll find that it’s an extremely basic selection, and to top it off, half of their tiny menu is out of stock at any given time. -They refuse to make strombolis and halfshells (wedgies) during the summer which make ZERO SENSE WHATSOEVER. -And finally, the most important issue—THE FOOD ISN’T EVEN GOOD—having an extremely limited menu is fine IF the food is decent, but that’s a stretch for this place.
Honestly, it’s a wonder that they stay in business; the only explanation is that it’s simply due to them being the only pizza joint in town so people have no other options. But you’re better off buying a frozen pizza and making it at home since it’s cheaper and tastes better, which is just sad and says a lot about Hey Pizza’s quality, or...
