Arby's — Restaurant in Granville Township

Ran here for a quick lunch. Found a long black hair in my sandwich, understanding it happens I went back up for a resolution. They stated they were going to remake my whole order. Now another 5min wait I didn’t have time for I asked to just be refunded. As the “manager” Trinity was working on my refund I was handed a complementary free sandwich card and at the same time this “manager” almost scolded her telling her she’s not supposed to do that… what!? She’s trying to make things right.

After observing this I asked for her name and she literally ignored me and turned and walked away. And no one really wanted to give me her name like they were scared of repercussions.

It's always something at this place! I'll give this location a chance once every six months or so, and they always disappoint. Today was no exception. I pull up to the drive through, and a very polite employee tells me that they're currently out of three types of meat (including roast beef) and a couple different side options. What happened to WE HAVE THE MEAT? Why are you even open? I'm sure it's not to sell shakes, because their machine is always "broken" at this location.
