Wendy's — Restaurant in Granville Township

This restaurant just continues to free fall in quality. Fist of all my wife is disabled so I pull the car around to the South door, we park and get out and when we try to go into the restaurant there is a tiny sign on the door that says "This door is broken,please walk around to the other door". Really? You put up a tiny little sign that there is no way to see from a car making everyone park, get out, walk up then see it and then either have to drive around or walk around the building to just get in, I should have just left and had lunch somewhere else. Fix the damn door, what are you operating a Popsicle truck? I order two combo meals and a Go wrap, $21? are you people insane, that is just nuts, way too expensive. The economy is tough right now, haven't you people heard? OK, we are hungry so enough, lets just eat. The fries are all broken in tiny pieces and mostly inferior end pieces, crazy way over salted. Soggy buns and they served me a Baconator sandwich without any actual bacon on it. I am done with you jokers, seriously how hard is it to serve a couple of burgers and fries? NO STARS FOR YOU! Done.

Last time; I go here a lot, or at least I used to, many times I just roll through the drive thru. After Today I will have to think twice before coming here again. I ordered a number 6 Spicy Chicken sandwich and fries combo. The chicken was way smaller than the bun, the bun seemed smaller than usual, the outside of the chicken was soggy and the chicken itself was tough and chewy, put it on a sorry stale bun with 2 micro-pieces of lettuce and a tiny dab of mayonnaise. Not only did the sandwich look and taste terrible they couldn't even be bothered to put on a slice of tomato or a reasonable amount of lettuce. We waited about 6 or 7 minutes at the window for the french fries which were served in an under filled container and were hot as hell, OK that's usually a good thing except the fries were woefully under cooked, and way over salted. At close to $7 this garbage seems very overpriced to me. Since I went through the drive thru and had other things to do, I did not go back, I wont be going back again any time...

At around 5:15 my wife and I pulled in and placed the following order via the drive thru.

1 apple pecan salad with a small sprite light ice 1 apple pecan salad combo with fries and a sprite.

After paying and getting our order we pulled over to eat it. After finding they did not provide the pecans I had to go back by foot to the drive through window as you cannot enter the building. I asked for our pecans only to be told they were out and there was nothing they would do. As I started to ask for the manager the girl working the window walked away complaining saying I cannot believe you want to complain over not getting your pecans.

As this point I started asking loudly for the manager as clearly the teenager had an attitude and did not like a customer asking for what they paid for. The manager finally came to the window after about my fifth time asking for her.

She managed to “find” several bags but only I after we made a complaint. For an out of the way store they clearly don’t understand customer service. I will not go out of my way again to visit this...

Really horrible treatment from the manager on staff the evening of April 22.

I drove out of my way to go there to order food specifically because of a coupon I had on the Wendy’s app. They wouldn’t honor the coupon because their system for scanning the barcode was down. I spoke to the manager to see if there was any way for her to do a price override like any other business would be able to do when a problem IS THEIR FAULT. Even with my custom ordered food sitting there ready to be paid for, they wouldn’t budge and insisted there was noting that could be done so I walked out.

I’m done coming to this Wendy’s. As the other reviews show, this place has issues and is often staffed by unsupervised teenagers. I’m done wasting my time here. I’m sure the manager thinks she’s protecting profits by refusing to do anything for a customer who’s been wronged. Hope she enjoyed the meal I...
