Taqueria El Campeon — Restaurant in Grapevine

First and foremost i have given this place more then enough chances. Their service is not good at all especially their phone ethics very rude. There has been times where I have ordered online and they get my order wrong. When I call they answer and the lady who answered the phone is rude and tells me they don’t take over the phone orders, when I have called in orders multiple times. The last order I had was supposed to be two beef fajita tacos with sour team and they added cheese no sour cream had to throw order away and lost my money. I work in grapevine and live in Grand Prairie it took me till today to say something about my order because when I no rice that same day I called immediately and no one picked up and then I had no time to go after work. With this being said we brought it to their attention today after a co-worker who always orders form here told them and they refused to re-make my order told them I waited to long but when I triad calling no one responded to me very poor costumer service. The ambiance you walk in and you have worked sitting at the ya le don’t even greet you just stare until you get to the counter. I do not recommend this place what so ever. You will get good service when they feel like it. The wife is wonderful and respectful often. I can not say the same for the rest of the staff. Today I watched the owner/cook eat meat out if his hand from what is being served to the customers. (This is why I order the food that has to be cooked in front of you). Typically I'm a fan of local business hole in the wall mexican restaurants. But, this place is overpriced. I tried calling to place an order, she said that they were to busy to take my order over the phone and I had to do it online. I tried going online to do it, but their website is awful and hard to navigate. Then when I walked in, there was literally no patrons. Then yesterday I bought a pound of barbacoa, then when i tried to get salsa, limon, onions and cilantro, literally enough for maybe two tacos.
