Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Grapevine

I used to come here every day, until I realized that the quality of the service would change with the amount of tip that you leave. For me, tips are for exceptional service, they shouldn’t affect if your drink is prepared appropriately or not.

I went to Dutch bros 10 times. 4 times I left no tip and in every occasion the drink was not made properly. The sides did not contain the caramel drizzle, they added less coffee, and more ice. 3 times I came and provided a 2 dollar tip. I received the drink I was accustomed to, prepared exactly as I had always received it. The last 3 times I left a 5 dollar tip. The results were the same as the 2 dollar tip.

It is extremely unethical to demand tips before the food or beverage is provided AND make the quality of the item lower for those that do not tip. I understand that tips are vital to the industry as an added benefit, but this is not acceptable from a customer service perspective and should...

There are no Dutch Brothers where I live. But when I visit my kids in the DFW area I stop by for a fancy schmancy coffee. (Every morning pretty much). I drink my coffee black. But on my Christmas visit I had an iced mocha hazelnut truffle every morning. It was great. There is no atmosphere as far as I know because there's no inside seating. But the folks who work there are always very friendly and cheerful. I always have a nice little conversation with whoever's taking my order and whoever's fixing my drink. The last time I went here the Starbucks which is literally next door had no customers (at least not in the drive through) and there was a line at Dutch Brothers. I like to see that!...
