Bizalion's Fine Food — Restaurant in Great Barrington

Pretty limited and rigid menu/staff. I would have liked to get a simple sandwich without meat or cheese.

...Interesting the owner has the time to respond to this review but not respond kindly to a customer.

Ironically the passive aggressive last sentence of the response by the owner illustrates who may be lacking in the communication dept.

My wife and I both "communicated" to the staff clearly and kindly...the responses were as I said rigid, she said they were plain rude.

Fantastique! Don't let the location--wedged between a cemetery and a gas station--dissuade you. I have been going to Bizalion for many years. I have never been disappointed with the quality of its fresh, delicious French-inspired food. For the past two months, Bizalion has been closed to patrons due to Covid-19 regulations but open for pick up. So every week -- in an effort to help local stores, but also because we miss its food -- we diligently order a meal and buy a few extra goodies from the store.
