I entered door next to casino and went directly up the stairs and sat down at the the very first machine. I was looking at the crowd and noticing a ufc (I"m assuming) foot just ended and the place was loud. I then realized I needed to break a $20 bill and then scoped casino for casino worker. I didn't catch her name unfortunately but she had long black hair and it was Sat. night 4/20/24. Soon she passed right by me and into the little space they walk into. I decoded to then swipe my PLAYERS card and upon turning aound she was passing by so I quickly ask if I "could get some $5's. There was no acknowledgment so I thought maybe she didn't hear me. I then stood at the other set of steps and repeated myself bot only AFTER she cashed out a gent who had walked up and they said good bye and thank you and all that... Again, NO acknowledgement whatsoever but she then was immediately attending to a couple who must have been waiting for her return. Ok, I get it.. So ooooooooo, AFTER she was done with them I once more ask if I could get some $5's and she very rudely said to me "Ya, you can... when I'm done helping other people!" I replied, "well I was sitting up top" and she rudely, in my opinion, CUT ME OFF and said "I know, I saw ya." "and I also didn't see any money in the machine." Wow! I thought... how rude, unwelcoming and unfriendly can you be? (Plus, I was waiting for her to come by the machine in the first place so I could put money in the machine)
I guess since I was up top there READY to gamble and she saw me it would be (was) my expectation that she might of stopped and ask if I needed anything (like change or a drink???????)
After she finally gave me $5's I asked "is it too late to order food?" She said "Yep!" (Of course it was w/ attitude and certainly not with a reply something like: "No, sorry the kitchen closes at 00:00pm.
, Next, I quickly ask her, "why you so unFRIENDly?" She looked at me and LITERALLY made her eyes look me up and then all the way down and then walked away saying nothing.
By this time I almost left but really, I just wanted to still play my $5's..... so I did at that same first machine.
Mind you, she never once ask me if I wanted a beverage while I was in there for 30 to 40 min.
The only thing she did was notice I had a (cash-out) ticket laying on my machine where it comes out and she, without asking if I wanted to can it out right then (cause technically they're good for a few hours right? 24?) she just laid the money down and swiped up my ticket all while not missing a step walking onward! I quickly turned around and said "I didn't want a beverage ANYWAY since you didn't even bother asking me!!!!"
She glanced back to hear me then of course kept on going with no words.
Again, I say wow. Talk about poor and rude service 100%. Not a good way to treat a person with money wanting to gamble in your bar especially in light of tax seaon.
P.S, my choice of beverage had she ask me, was gonna be Dr.Pepper.
Wish I would of won a lot bigger than I did so her ZERO tip could've reflected her poor and rude customer service. There was no tip anyway cause of how she took it upon herself to pick up my ticket, lay down the cash while saying nothing at all and continuing her walk by.
Halftime, you're better than what she displayed and unfortunately her service kept me from spending what I was "prepared" to spend. I'm just...
Read moreChecked in for my two free tacos since I met the criteria this week. (8 visits, 2 free tacos) didn’t get a text with a code bust still sat down. Told the waitress I wanted a beer and 4 tacos, but I’m waiting for the two free tacos code. When I said that, the table next to me said they didn’t get their code either. The server called the manager, Robin, and Robin said “no code, no free tacos.” The issue is they know the system is messed up, I told the server before ordering I was waiting for the code, and the fact there is a straight out “no” when asking the manager is really unreal. I get it’s $4 per taco for a discount of $8 but don’t advertise something for free when it’s not working and the manager won’t honor the system. I’ve heard Robin can be less than a good manager but I like to judge for myself. She has confirmed the rumors to be true. From now on, water only and I hope my cup stays full. I won’t be giving this establishment any more of my money… sorry, not sorry!
EDIT
A buddy is someone you take care of, not try and back peddle when a review is posted. The correct response would have been to have the bar tender take the tacos off all three of our tickets and write down our names and phone numbers. My carrier, Verizon, has never had an issue receiving them before and I understand how they could do that. That being said, three customers with no affiliation all complain about the same thing and a straight out “no” answer is given, is not the...
Read moreI think your review might be a little one-sided. It's definitely good to get both sides of the story. I've also experienced Clarissa's service, and after about 5 years of her service, I've never seen her treat her customers rude or even close to poor. I can almost guarantee she read this review and cried! The service industry is a hard job. Trying to please every different personality type can become overwhelming! So please dont judge a person on 1 interaction. That is absolutely not fair. And if you witnessed the event, you would have seen that the place was packed, the customers were warned ahead of time about the wait, and these particular customers your talking about, were so packed together, she would have dumped the water on the table, if she tried to put them on the table herself. Please be fair and have more than 1 experience with an establishment and more than 1 experience with a sweetheart of a waitress. Thank you for...
