Went down and got a jr.wopper meal and a chicken sand meal with 1 extra Jr whopper. Got to drive and the guy was nice gave us our drinks then asked if we could pull around to wait for our meal. No problem, we did and no sooner did we park he was walking out with our order. Gor home and drinks were great frys hit and chips fresh and food was great. I unwrapped my 2nd Jr whopper and took a bite and felt resistance while toung touched hair, opened mouth and the bite dangled from the sandwich till the hair slid out of the sandwich as I stared completely revolted. Now Right before this bite I was litterally thrilled with our entire meal and was on the fence to call. I called basically just to let them know not get a replacement or name on a list just to let them know. Called 3 times (it rang till it hung up twice) Asked for the manager and told him what happened then he asked us when we ordered then what we ordered then went into this do you have your recipt or food to bring in as proof.... what? This guy have people scamming food off him with the ole hair in my sandwich bit? I lost it and got in my truck and drove down there and asked for the manager. He comes and says ohh you must be the one who just called. I asked him if he was the one who asked me to come down with the burger or recipt for proof. He was like yes so I tossed it with the recipt on the counter and went to walk out then had to stop due to the belligerent comments. I said it's a 3 dollar burger with a hair proper customer service is to appologise and offer an replacement not treat them like there conning you or called the wrong place. Then shut the door. Read moreThe only reason I decide to go to this Burger King is because it's close to my place and my kiddos always want the nuggest. The staff are absolutely rude I could order the simplest thing and it's never right period I. I have gone through drive through and my kiddos want to order for themselves and instead of being patient the drive thru person they know who they are are always rushing the kiddos to the point I have to say can you give him a minute he is trying to tell you since you interrupted him they say well I'm waiting. Well the only reason I'm giving a 5 star rating is because I went through today and the lady working drive thru Makayla was very patient in taking my order and letting the kids order as well and making sure everything on the screen was right. I pulled up to the window and she greeted me and my kiddos with respect and even said hello to them. She was a very nice and respectful employee probably the only one that works there period. When the drinks were wrong which weren't her fault they were just flat she took ownership whether it was her fault or not and immediately apologized and fixed it very happily. I was told to pull around to a parking spot and wait which I did waited for about 5 or 10min food was brought out by a very nice gentleman but as usual not his fault because it's the first time I've seen him there they forgot the sauces like they do everytime. Read moreJust had a unusual experience this evening at the Burger King on the Northwest Bypass in Great Falls, MT. First I was in the drive through lane to place my order. The lane came to a stand still for more than 15 minutes and I noticed the some patrons where going in the front door, so I pulled out of the drive through and went inside to place my order. One other customer was ahead of me. I waited more than 10 minutes to have my order taken. They seem overwhelmed with business and were short on service workers. I can understand the frustration because I was in a service orientated business myself. When I paid for my purchase, which came to $7.49, I handed the clerk a $10.00 bill. I was given $3.00 back. I gave the clerk a $1.00 tip to put in the Tip container for the crew but didn't say anything about getting to much change back from my $10 bill. Quite frankly I was flabbergasted. I know some of the young people don't know how to count change back, but usually the new cash registers tell them what the change should be.
