Anduzzi's Sports Club - Green Bay East — Restaurant in Green Bay

The first time I went there the server who was going to serve us was recently cut. So she sent over another server and she walked up to the table and blatantly said "hi. What do you guys want?" Me and my boyfriend looked at each other confused as to why she would walk up with such a tone. Then proceeded to order. She came back a little while later and apologized for her tone and said she was just busy. I told her it was okay and I still tipped her well. Everyone has bad nights. So we decided to give the place another try last Saturday. We came in, asked a server it we may sit at the table she was cleaning. She said yes, then told us our server would be right over. After about 15 minutes a boy came over named Eric. Never introduced himself just said "what can I get you?" I looked over the menu for a second and as I was going to tell him what I'd like he set his hands on the table and his book and pushed my things out of the way to make room for him to set his book down. In my head I'm thinking why are you even touching my things? I ignored it and proceeded to order a drink. Which he told me the wrong price. Came back up and let me know the actual price. I asked him to bring me menus because I would like to order food as well as the others with me. He said "sure, I'll bring some over." But well.. you guessed It, he never came back. Then another girl came over with drinks, who was actually our server I guess. She brought our drinks and left. And didn't come back. I went and found her and asked her if we could get some menus. She said that she was our server and didn't know we needed any. She gave us menus. We order food. The food was good, and was ready quite quickly. But the server never came back to ask if we'd like another drink. She had 2 other tables and was very prompt with them. A table next to us received two rounds if drinks, food, and the bill before we could even get our second round of drinks. And they came in about a half an hour after us. Long story I know. But it just frustrates me that the food is so great but the service is just so aweful. I understand that it was a Saturday night, but we arrived completely sober looking to have dinner and were treated poorly because of how...

We visit the area often and tried this place out tonight. We were excited to see they were open till midnight since we don't get into town until usually later. Sitting at the bar tonight a patron came in from the patio with drink still in hand and puked all over less then 10 feet from us. The floor staff tried but the main bartender was extremely annoyed when asked for another rag from the same patron still holding their wine. Come on where the heck was management? Do they not require any safe serve classes in Wisconsin? As a bartender I can say if any patron gets sick that's a bio hazard and priority and any of my customers anywhere near it automatically get moved and compted. Imagine ordering food 😩 while someone is puking next to you. And instead of handling the situation professionally the main bartender and wait staff decided tearing down the bar at 9pm and rolling silverware was more important. Yet your hours and current crowd said closing wasn't until midnight. Absolutely 100% mismanagement and lack of training. The food was great and that's all I can say. Super awesome menu and great pricing on quality food. Mis management and poor customer service with over serving and not following guidelines. Yeah we won't be back. I don't enjoy people getting sick next to me and zero management or leadership just letting it happen. Yeah nope we won't be back. Y'all aren't a dive bar in the back woods. I can appreciate an owner wanting to know why they received 3 stars so I am editing this review to include the reason and now that I have thought about it I have to take a star away.

I came in with a few friends after the Packers exhibition game (rodgers to graham TD game). We've been to this establishment before. The food was pretty good both times especially the wing sauce. The service left a lot to be desired though the second time. The bartender left the bar for at least 25 minutes without notifying our group and without having any coverage so your bar was devoid of any staff. The woman who presumably was the manager came to the bar after about 15 minutes. She appeared to have absolutely no clue what she was doing. We were never asked whether or not we wanted refills on our beer (your highest profit margin). Never asked about our food. I had to get the manager's attention to let her know we were ready to leave. She said ok and preceded to never get our bill so we waited an additional 10 minutes or so. We basically went without anyone checking on us for almost 40 minutes.
