Visiting from Florida and went with some friends of the owner. My husband often works in Texas so we consider ourselves pretty well versed with Mexican food. The salsa was really fresh and very tasty, chips were fresh, not oily, and still warm so the appetizers were gone very fast. The portions were huge! He ordered the enchilada and I got a burrito. I didn’t get a photo before I started but I included my half eaten burrito and it was very large. The enchiladas were piled high too. The flavor was phenomenal! Husband said they were easily the best enchiladas he’d ever had. I was so satisfied with the flavors in the burrito. Meats were perfectly cooked, well seasoned, sauces were flavorful and I was surprised at how well the meat combo tasted together. My kid also got a quesadillas and it was made-at-home quality. Plenty of cheese (I hate when kids meals are just thrown together with not enough cheese) and cooked perfectly. My kid devoured the rice and beans too, they were super tasty. Highly recommend on food quality and flavor alone. It was just bonus that Claudia, the owner, was so sweet and helpful. She gave my kid some special attention too and made it such a nice experience for her as well as the adults.

Probably the best chile verde in town. Sauce has amazing flavor and pork is very tender and juicy. Beans and rice also have great flavor. Corn tortillas warm and heated on griddle for added flavor. Great salsa for chips. Classic Tex/Mex menu like most places in town but the flavor of the food has attracted Mexican Nationals. Incredible margaritas. Very strong for good price. Very good service. Riggeatone music on the stereo. Football and soccer on the TVs to entertain.

Attached to the Country Inn and near Mackinaws, Pablo's is a bit hidden from the street. Nice, bright decor and pleasant music. Full service bar. So glad we found our new favorite for Mexican food ! Warm, fresh thick tortilla chips and blended house made salsa was a treat. Chicken fajitas were great as well as this super humongous burrito my husband ordered wrapped in bacon. Not for the light-weight....that's for sure!

Very Poor Service Very Poor Food. We went for lunch today. We stood in the lobby looking dumb, not knowing if they seat you or if you seat yourself. We inched our way in because my husband was biting at the bit. Customers at the bar, told us to seat ourselves after again looking awkward standing there. There were maybe one other table and the two at the bar when we arrived.

We ordered our food without an appetizer, because we figured it would be right out. 30 minutes later we received our food.

My husband's food was great! 3 hard shell tacos, and a special item. He says but can you really screw up beef.

My food came, chicken and veggies, with my choice of shell- which was not offered even when I inquired about it, looked delicious. First bite of chicken, was awful. It had the freezer crunch to it. I had my husband try it, after trying to convince him it was really not going to be 'that' bad, when it surely was. We both spit it out.

The waitress didn't come back prior to our food coming, so within our 30 minute wait, or sodas were gone, then after recieving our food, my husband had to locate her. At this point another table of about five also joined the experience. She was instead doing book work, financials, possibly even ordering for the restaurant and was wildly focused in her booth on her phone and device.

She came to the table and was less than pleased when we explained to her it was raw. She took my plate back.

About 10-15 minutes later, my husband was done with his food, and mine came back. It was a new platter, new rice, new tortillas- that were still not given to me as a choice. The chicken was thinner, looked amazing.

Took a bite, it was cooked. That's a plus. But what is that taste? I know that taste. But what is it? It's not seasoning. It tasted like pan spray. So what I thought was a delicious glaze was this horrible, yellow tinted yuck. I ate the rice and was done.

The waitress came back requesting money on her little notebook/tablet thing. We didn't get a copy beforehand or after. She was requesting the full amount for the meal as well. My husband was flabbergasted and questioned her about it and she said, she cooked it twice. He then replied and you screwed it up twice. She then rolled her eyes and took $4 off. Now $28 from $32. Again, not providing us a receipt. We paid in cash, so she went to get change from the bar. Then proceeded to leave our change on the bar, which was a good 5 feet from our table and where we were getting ready to leave. Here's your change, she says in an unimpressed way.

Thank you for returning it to us and closing out our customer experience.

Awful....

Terrible management! Disgusting food that gave us diarrhea and dirty tables. If you want the most unauthentic spoiled “mexican” food visit Pablos!

Sat down to a dirty table. When ordering our food we were served a basket with tortilla chips and a small cup of salsa a plastic condiment cup to be exact. She took our drink order and then asked if we needed a couple minutes to look at the menu. We looked at the menu and we were ready to order within a few minutes and she did not come back for almost 15 to 20 minutes to take her order. I ordered the Carne Asada. That is not what I received. They brought me out a top round steak full of fat with raw warmed up onion on top. I took one bite and could tell the meat was spoiled. I then took a bite of my rice and it was too salty to eat. My daughters fries were cold but burger was tasty. My mother ordered the fajitas and the chicken had a vinegar taste to it but she ate because she was hungry. When the waitress came back she asked if everything was ok. I stated my complaints but was never rude. I just wasn’t pleased with the food and wanted it sent back. The waitress apologized and said she would get her manager. The manager came huffing over clearly upset she stated that I would have to pay for a meal I didn’t eat and that I’m the only one complaining. Basically her attitude was that I was the problem. From there it turned into a screaming match. The level of unprofessionalism from wait staff to management is alarming. Then to top it off ten minutes into the car ride home my mother had to stop to use the restroom. She has now had diarrhea so bad that she has to stay close to the bathroom. They should...

Had 15.99 Pablo special . It had raw bacon on it I brought it up and waitress. She said no one has ever complained. So that's that ecact words. She didnt offer to re cook or even say sorry and expected me to pay. I didnt even take a bite due to raw bacon. Then I also realized there was 4 pieces of steak 2 one inch peice' s in length the rest was stuffed with beans and rice filler... I brought it to cook and they didn't offer to replace or finish the cooking then charged us 15.99. I stated we were not paying 15.99 for food you won't replace or re cook. She said o yes you are. Me and my wife and 3 year old walked out. The owner and posdibly a patron or owner with neck tattos walked out to ask us what went wrong they where nice but to little and to late. They then asked us if we did this a week earlier.. so my guess is someone else had same problem. Now not a good look to have a guy with neck and arm tattos follow you to your car. I walked out I didn't eat a bite they tried to stop me and my wife I refused to pay for my 15.99 and paid for my drinks and the nachos. I am not a dirt bag nor do I write reviews but this place is trash so is the waitress so I decided to let you all know save your money and go los.... and they will be shut down mark my words just a matter of time.... 8/20/18 ps don't strong arm family's walking to car a good waitress would have gotten manager involved before we had an opportunity to depart... What a shame 3rd Mexican restaurant that can't shake that...
