I'm going to start off by saying going out to eat is something we do not do very often as a family so knowing we were going out was something we were all looking forward to, we went at about 4pm so well before anyone would be busy. And it wasn't, actually we were almost the only ones in the restaurant to the point that our waitress checked on us too many times while we were trying to read through the menu. Our drinks and app came very quickly, waitress brought the wrong dip but noticed before she even set the food down and made it right, which was appreciated. The app was good, so ill give them that. Our food came out and one bite in I knew my dish was wrong, I got the completely wrong order, which was insane since I even asked the waitress how to correctly pronounce the dish I wanted, instead I got a giant bowl filled with the grossest red pasta sauce I've ever had, and some noodles that were hard, I had asked for broccoli to be added and while they did add it to this wrong dish it was so coated in sauce that it was also inedible. It was so sausy it could have been considered soup not a pasta dish. While our waitress was too attentive before our food came out, she was non existent after, she came back when the rest of my table was almost done eating so I did the Midwest nice and didn't say anything. You would think she would have noticed a completely untouched meal but i guess not. Honesty i have no idea how the rest of my familys food was i was too upset to notice, fighting back tears in public after the excitement of looking forward to going out all day. I wasnt going to say anything, i was going to just let those one bite eaten leftovers sit in fridge until garbage day then throw them out but obviously 12 hours later I'm not over it, I was so upset I didn't sleep, never have I ever left a restaurant hungry, but here I am starving. We will not be back.

Read moreUpdate for Zach: I appreciate the response and understand having to wait for more pizza to be made, but that doesn't at all explain why the wait time was twice as long as what they had told me. That's not a good look to your customers. To me that feels like I was lied to just so you wouldn't lose my money... Downgrading to 1-star for a lack of accountability. Forget the part about still recommending the restaurant. I will not be returning.
CUSTOMER BEWARE: If you plan on stopping in during lunchtime for one of their "to-go slices", ORDER AHEAD! After seeing the advertisement for their lunchtime special (one jumbo slice to-go), I thought I would stop in on my break. They told me they didn't have any the pizzas they sell by the slice made, so that it would be a ten to fifteen-minute wait. I contemplated because I have a short break but decided to still go through with it. Nearly thirty minutes later, I was ready to walk out. The only thing keeping me there is I didn't want the trip to have been for nothing. I got my food, and then I had to explain to my boss when I got back why I was late from my break... I appreciate that they bake their pizzas fresh, but I don't think that's the best thing to be doing when you're promoting a lunchtime special for a to-go slice. I was expecting them to have been made ahead of time, seeing as how it the special only goes on for a couple hours. If I was getting a whole pizza, that would be one thing. Half an hour for one slice though is ridiculous... At least put in fine print on the menu that says it might take a while.
Just to be clear, I still think the pizza is great and recommend the place overall. Just be aware that if you really want a slice for lunch, you should order ahead so the same thing doesn't happen to you....
Read moreI firmly believe customer service should be a priority in this industry...especially when a customer did nothing wrong and was pleasant to you. Sorry you had a bad night but there was absolutely no reason to take it out on me. I even WENT BACK to try and make things right. I'd love for a regional manager (not another supervisor) to contact me. Otherwise, I'll go ahead and share my entire story to everyone here along with several other places about your Friday night manager on October 14th 2022... shame on him! Eta after the response from the owner: That was NOT the entire story. I told them over the phone I had 12 COUPONS for the 50 percent off. The person who took my order told me they do not do delivery so I said I'd pick up. When I got there they didn't accept it. Thats fine. I made a phone call and was unable to proceed with the transaction. I respectfully called back to cancel as many others do not and they told me to drive back and show them the coupons. I did. And I was disrespected by your manager saying this is "bullcrap" it pretty intimidating being talked to in that manner. If I knew I was going to be treated so poorly I would have never respectfully canceled and I would've not went back. Idc about ordering from you guys. I would never give my money to a place who thinks its okay to treat people like that. I did have the money but after that? No thanks! And my family...
