My husband ordered through the drive thru and Kathy the cashier on 2/28/2024 that morning took his order. He told her everything he wanted. For his crew at work he comes often to this location and 2/27/2024 he ordered as well. 2/27/2024 his order was wrong but he did not complain and the biscuit was so hard you could run it over ten times with a tractor trailer and it would still be a straight cement biscuit. So back to 2/28/2024 he had 7 items he order he went to the window paid and never looked in the bag. Shocking to me cause he always check in the bag. He gets to work give the fellows there items and notice he is one biscuit short. He goes back to Hardee's cause that's his biscuit that's was missing. You ever ordered for everybody and you don't eat. So Kathy says at the window after he explained he just came there and his biscuit was missing that she tried to save him some money. He was very upset because he tried to explain that he never wanted to save money he wanted his order to be right. She still insisted on telling him I said you money by doing what I did don't get mad with me. This could have ended very bad for all employees. Kathy created a hostile environment at the time. My husband got out and went in and talk eith the lady she still seemed to be absent minded. Stating she was saving his money. He told her I did not ask you to save me nothing that's why it's so many problems there because you making decisions for customers. You don't change someone's order if they did not tell you to. In my opinion Kathy need to be walked through the aspects of customer service, proper etiquette related to order taking and understand a person orders what they want not what you want them to have. If some one ask for something it's not your job to try to save money it's your job to take the money and give them a good back of there choice. Please have a word with her before something spirals out of control. My husband has sugar and that whole ordeal could have been avoid if she would have gave him what he word but there was a sweet waitress there that asked him to come over and she would give him the order but at that point he was very upset and heated he did not want anything from Hardee's. So the money she tried to save went to chic Fila so your business actually loss money. Kathy needs to be in the back on the grill/dish crew if she can handle being in front with normal calm...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis place was in Green Cove Springs Florida poor customer service came through the drive-thru ordered a cheese burger fries and a drink now when I get to the window they hand me the drink but didn't cook my burger I waited made me go up front and wait when it came out there was no fries I specifically asked him make sure my fries are hot wait another few minutes fries came out I drove off I decided to look in my bag before I got out of the parking lot Fry's we're cold now after all that I Gill back get out of my car go in Express to the person in charge she did not say sorry for the inconvenience she says so someone dropped some fries for the customer they were pulling fries out of a tray that was not under any lights or not hot to serve two other customers as well after standing there for quite a while I asked did anybody's drop the fries. Her remark was can somebody drop this lady some fries because I'm tired of dealing with this drive-thru y'all aren't keeping up and this is a angry customer at the counter so I informed her I wasn't angry but very disappointed in her and her service and the way that I had been treated oh, she did not make a remark and she brought the fries to me once they finally came up and hand them to me and turn around and continued on what she was doing now for anybody else maybe that's okay but I promise you I will never step foot back into the Hardee's in Green Cove Springs for the treatment I received now I paid $8.75 for this meal by this time the hamburger was cold the drink had melted so that was a waste of my money and time I'm a very dissatisfied customer so if anybody else has received this kind of treatment it needs to be handled from the top down because she shouldn't even be in a management position didn't get her name but you know the date that I went and the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSo terrible. I knew we were going through Green Cove springs so I had made it a part of the trip to eat my lunch here. We pulled up around 3 and were the only customers there. We paid $29 for 2 combos, a shake and an order of fries. After pulling up and sitting next to the curb for 10 minutes a guy brought our food out. I pulled away to park facing the water so my family and I would have a nice view while eating. View was nice. Food was inedible. The fries being cold was the start. Then I unwrapped the burger from my $9.99 combo and the bun looked like it fell in the grease trap on the grill. Same with my wife's. It was dressed with a smear of mayonnaise and 2 tiny bits of rubbery bacon. That is all. The patties were ultra well done. I even gave it a bite just to see. Nope. I returned to the restaurant for a refund. I walk inside and put the bag on the counter. The guy that brought me my food told a person in the back " There is someone at the counter. " The yelled reply, "Well they are just going to have to wait! " Very rudely. Then she continued to yell about chicken fingers at the two other employees. She also complained about the inconvienient customers that orderd them. After waiting longer I spoke up about my situation to the screaming woman in the kitchen. She stormed around the corner and it was the General Manager...... Carrie Ann Mosier. Her rudeness continued as I explained that I wanted a refund and asked how they missed cheese on a 2/3 lb $9.99 combo hamburger. Just ignored me. Only refunded the 2 combos. Did not say a word to me other than ask for the card I had uses.
