Subway — Restaurant in Green Township

I have made multiple purchases at this restaurant and today will be the last. My friend ordered ahead of me and when preparing his sub the worker took his bacon from the oven and blew on it! She went on as if nothing untoward had happened so it would appear these kind of practices are a usual occurrence. He canceled his order and we left. I would have canceled mine but I had ordered online and already paid. I know restaurants etc are understaffed but there were 5 people working and we waited 30 minutes to order. They are thieves who will refuse to refund your money when they fail to have a timed order ready in time to be picked up and believe that apparently you should be fine recieving the food an hour later. None of the employees outside of a manager are apparently capable of refunding your money so you're subject to when the manager is in to get your money back. I was really dissatisfied with this one two days straight i had stop there to get my son a pizza sub.. Lets just say after sitting there for 10 minutes on the 31st of May.. No one answer the Speaker.. I pulled up to the window still waiting another 5 minutes. No one came to the window..
